Pros:

Rooms that have been renovated are fine, those that haven't are not, no central heating in the room I was initially offered!

Pros:

Quiet location,ideal for motorway but about 2 miles outside of Warwick,although buses right outside the hotel and worked well.

Very good with issues though
Pros:

Nice hotel , nice bar and restaurant. Great breakfast . Very nice bathroom .
One downside …the air con didn’t work and the window was permanently locked .

Pros:

Amazing place just off M40. Although seems to be closer to the motorway on the map, the place is just away and quiet. Hassle free check in and good staff.

Hello. Our stay was fine but we did comment on departure that we didn’t think the room we were given was representative of a Superior King. Other rooms that were being cleaned as we departed seemed to match the description more accurately. The room was very small and hot. I would hope that a Superior room would have been more spacious and have a method of managing the temperature.

Pros:

Luckily I had a refurbished room… someone was complaining about his room when I got there. Lady on reception was lovely and the restaurant staff were very very nice.

Pros:

A little tired. Disappointed with booking. Asked for a superior twin room and ended up with a double room which was quite okey. Breakfast was a good choice.

Weekend stay for the bowls nationals
Pros:

Nice hotel close to the motorway. The room was ok but I found the bed a bit small. The team at reception and at the bar was very friendly. We didn’t eat there es we found the food a bit overpriced. We went to eat at the Racehorse which is only a 4 minutes drive away.

Pros:

All the staff from the receptionists, catering team at breakfast to the cleaners in the corridors were very friendly and welcoming. It seems rare nowadays to get the basics of customer care. But that wasn't the case here. Despite being a one stop kind of hotel, the staff made it feel like it was more.

Pros: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, convenient location, lovely staff and an amazing breakfast!

Cons: Room service food was awful, pizza was inedible, extra charge for parking, bathroom needed a deep clean and was mouldy in places.
