It’s was very nice the short time we were there. We Will recommend to others

Location was excellent close by the St Joseph’s hospital which we needed We had heard this hotel was a great place to relax and pool

Cons:

We noticed only one side of the bed had a plug in for our phones & Cpap machine my husband had to sleep on the wrong side if the bed for this reason which disrupts his sleep. The desk chair was bad to sit in It sat back way too far & no plug in for a night light in the bathroom tub area Room was very quiet. We will come again & bring extension cords with us now that we know the bedside issue we will make it work better for us next time

Best Western in London
Pros:

The wife and I stayed at the Best Western in London and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and left it the same way. The staff was curteous and helpful.
The restaurant was great with a big selection. The resturant staff was very courteous, our waitress Taylor was very pleasant to talk to.

Nice place, spotless and great for younger families.
Pros:

The pool area was great and an excellent choice for families with younger children. It was spotless, someone was always cleaning or repairing the property.

Cons:

The layout of the room as a bit tight especially the sink area between the toilet and the main room. The shower was a bit dated. The internet speed was very slow compared to other hotels, but was not a show-stopper for us.

Nice comfortable stay, but we came for the waterslide and it was closed

Pros:

Our room was nice and comfortable. Really liked how we had a fridge and microwave. The pool area was amazing, as well as the arcade. The food and service at Shelly's was great.

Cons:

I didn't like that my bathroom floor wasn't clean. And expected a bit more space in the room considering the price, as well a few extras. I didnt like how room service didnt answer when I called. Or that we didnt get a breakfast card to order for the morning.

Cons:

The water slide is only open on weekends, which was not mentioned in the property description. This should be clearly stated so guests can plan accordingly. Also, the water temperature was not warm enough—especially during winter, it should be kept warmer for comfort.
