Pros:

Main part of the hotel was very nice, as was the conference room area. The pool area was also leather, clean and would be great for families staying more than one night. Having a restaurant in the hotel is a good feature as well.

Cons:

The room I stayed in was dated. It’s a decent room but there’s no way it’s worth 290 dollars for a single night. The single bed rooms are nicer and have a view of the interior pool. Honestly those seemed a bit pricey as well. I wouldn’t pay more than 250 for that room.

The staff was on top of everything, serve me with a contagious smile, which hugged our hearts

I really enjoyed the jungle feel of the pool area it was really relaxing, and the fish pond off to the side. Very beautiful. Thank you will be returning soon.

Cons:

I love to sleep in so always wishing for a later check out time.

I would definitely stay again, and recommend it to others.

Great environment.

Cons:

Didn't control kids screaming and running around the hotel very well. Also, the toilet was very low. For a suite that had a walk in shower, having a toilet that is difficult to get off of seems funnily out of character.
