We loved the hotel and honestly I would rate you as 5 star. The front desk staff Ben and Bryan and the other lady were exceptional.
We're looking at booking once again in January with our entire family.

Convenience and closeness to movies and restaurants
I asked for early check in days in advance and was ignored and room was not even ready. Was forced to take another room due to time constraints. The temp outside was 35 degrees and the air conditioner was broken. No offer of a better room and was offered a fan...total bullshit blowing hot air around. The bed was uncomfortable and when I asked to have the room cleaned they said NO. Then proceeded to tell me you have to ask the day before to get room cleaned, well I have never heard such bullshit in my life as that is not how a hotel is run and there was NEVER a mention that this was policy.

The ac was not working well during heat wave. The carpet inside the room felt damp as soon as we checked in

Front desk was pleasant and very helpful.
I paid extra to have a nice room with jet tub for relaxation and all I heard was kids running up and down the halls banging on other people's doors and screaming and throwing ice from ice machine everywhere. There needs to be rules in place to make people control their brats.
Something needs to be done to vent the small fridge in the room. If you fill the fridge and close the doors to the cupboard it heats up so bad the fridge won't cool and food is heated and ruined.
The staff for this visit were nice and very accommodating to solve my issues. Front desk immediately gave me a new room and voucher for breakfast.
I went to my room and was absolutely worn out from flights and walked into the bathroom and realized the room was NOT even cleaned. There was other people's hair around the tub, in the tub, in the sink, on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I went straight to the front desk and was issued a new room immediately.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The room felt noticeably damp throughout our stay and would really benefit from a dehumidifier. We also couldn't get the temperature below 73°F, even after lowering the thermostat, which made the room feel warm and uncomfortable.
One of the main reasons we booked this room was for the advertised jetted tub. While the room did have a bathtub, it was not a jetted model, which was disappointing and did not match the room description.
The TVs were also not functioning during our stay, which further detracted from the overall experience. With a few updates and better quality control, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.
There was always something to do and it was super clean. Being fully booked it was still not overwhelmingly packed.
We enjoyed dinner with some friends at Shelly's bar & restaurant in the hotel.
The HVAC system is being replaced so there was a portable a/c unit in the room, and I had to ask for a heater overnight as it had gotten very cold out. Still, the staff was responsive and brought the heater right away.
