Nice stay overall, but a few things could be improved.

The location is great, the hotel is clean, and the free parking is very convenient.

Cons:

The water slide is only open on weekends, which was not mentioned in the property description. This should be clearly stated so guests can plan accordingly. Also, the water temperature was not warm enough—especially during winter, it should be kept warmer for comfort.

Pros:

Our room was nice and comfortable. Really liked how we had a fridge and microwave. The pool area was amazing, as well as the arcade. The food and service at Shelly's was great.

Cons:

I didn't like that my bathroom floor wasn't clean. And expected a bit more space in the room considering the price, as well a few extras. I didnt like how room service didnt answer when I called. Or that we didnt get a breakfast card to order for the morning.

Great hotel for a family getaway
Pros:

Amazing place for children , excellent restaurant on site, quick, friendly service

Cons:

Very noisey with guests at a private event on Saturday night. Boisterous in the hallways until 3am

Keep slide open it’s part of hotel
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel and we loved it but were so confused why the water slide was only open weekends. When you’re renting based on being a water park type vibe it makes no sense and is not reasonable

Totally family friendly fun.
Pros:

The pool was awesome! Loved how there were so many kid friendly events planned for March Break. The magic show, and arcade were also thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons:

Things were clean but not deeply (stained sheet on pull out bed, dust build up on fire sprinkler)

Pros:

Was perfect for the kids, and close to the hospital, also comfortable beds and good selection of channels.

Cons:

After 10 when pool closed kids still loud out on pool area made it echo loudly. Also young children in the hot tub took away from adults.
