Relaxing
Pros:

We always have a good experience when we stay here at the Holiday Inn in Defiance Ohio. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, and we enjoyed the pool as well.

A high-pitched sound came from the bathroom at night. (Probably all the time, but most noticeable when trying to sleep.) Shutting the door helped, but it wasn’t good.

Amazing staff! Jess at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very large, clean, and beds were comfortable. The Breakfast was very good. The biscuits and gravy were great! Definitely stay here! We highly recommend this hotel.

Useless Front Desk Clerk. ALL EXCUSES with ZERO attempt to “room” platinum elite member for 1 SINGLE ROOM.
Pros:

No ability to connect with “front desk” from road. Clerk had NOTHING but useless excuses as to why at 130P, we could not check into a SINGLE ROOM at this rural hotel- EVERYTHING requested was a “specification” she could NOT fulfill for a platinum elite member.
