Booked a room at this hotel on booking.com , then received an email from this hotel saying they couldn’t honor the reservation. So I called the front desk at this hotel and the clerk said i had no reservation and they were full. So then I booked another hotel on booking.com . But you still charged me for a night. You sent an email and I called your front desk and both confirmed I had no reservation but you charged me. I think I deserve a refund, please let me know your decision

A lesson learned!
Pros:

Clean and convenient location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Enjoyed good coffee with my favorite creamer in the hotel breakfast area..

Cons:

We had a late arrival and the hotel lights on their sign weren't on . It made it hard to see. Also , we weren't aware that there weren't elevators. and we were on the second floor! For two seniors in our 70's with bad backs, it was challenging to get bags, etc.to our room. Everything was fine after that until we had to take things downstairs to leave. My friend had a rough time and staff jumped in to help her. Much appreciated!
Except for that major issue, we were okay.

The staff was great and helpful and friendly. Our first night we were places by a loud group partying outside our room and the room smelled of smoke. They happily gave us a new room for our next two nights.

Cons:

Being a motel, all the smoke from people outside was brought into our room thru the air unit. We had to walk across the parking lot in freezing temps to get to our free breakfast. A truck woke us up one morning as it turned on to be heated. As it sat there running, the exhaust fumes came thru into our unit while we were sleeping, making us worry about breathing in the fumes. The room was clean but dated. There were no usb chargers and the tv was not HD so was blurry.

Clean and comfortable, great place for a work trip.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was well rounded and offered a lot. The workout room was small, but nice with TV and water dispenser.

Cons:

The motel was close to the highway and there was a lot of noise. The office was not connected to the motel, which seemed strange and being solo felt a little unnerving.
