A little creepy and very noisy from street traffic and people staying in hotel.

Cons:

Didn't realize that rooms are all accessed from the outside. Only two floors but, no elevator. Breakfast was not up to what we've had at other similar BW's.

It was a great location to the interstate to Nashville, it was close to Franklin's historical area, and was able to park my car right outside the door.
