Was told no water for 2 hours so no showers for most of us that stayed before check-out!!! They wound not compensate the price for us!!

Cons:

The location by the airport.

Cons:

The worn out carpets and filth stuck in between the wall and the carpet baseboards. The capsule of some sort of drug lying on the floor as I entered our room, (so no vacuuming had been done apparently), the dirty elevators, the bathroom on the first floor by the checkin area with one clean stall and all the rest clogged, the brown liquid from some sort of leak by the counter near the restaurant entrance all over the floor.

And to top it all off, NO TELEVISION in the rooms (any of them, apparently the cable TV had been shut off or satellite removed or whatever the excuse was). We checked in on a Friday afternoon and Saturday night late there was still no TV. Of course, no offer of a discounted room rate was offered but the people at the reception desk were "very sorry".... so I guess that was the compensation?
For less money, you can get the airport shuttle, cleanliness, much better restaurants and food options and basic, basic stuff like TV in your room at any of the casino resorts a mile or two away. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to stay at this place.

Our son asked us if we were actually staying in a hotel or campground.
Pros:

It’s across the street from the airport.

Cons:

We’ve stayed there before but this time the tv didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was broken. Never once did they offer to switch rooms. They swapped the fridge out but not until we told them that we had medication that needed refrigeration. Very disappointed.

A disappointing bait and switch.
Pros:

I booked a queen room through Booking.com The room I reserved had two queen beds. When I arrived with my two friends the desk said they only had a room with a king bed. They said they didn’t have a queen room and I got the impression they didn’t even exist. So we all had to share one bed. Thank goodness it was a king, but quite unexpected!!

Cons:

The lobby furniture was covered with white sheets and the location was creepy at best. A run down hotel that was nothing like the pictures! A disappointment.

Got shafted on a shabby dated facility with management that did not give a damn. It was a soul sucking experience for me

Nothing really. It was dated and shabby. LONG hallways with elevators at kingdom come.

Cons:

I got screwed. I booked the wrong night by mistake, but they charged me for both nights. It took weeks for them to respond to my messages. And they ignored booking.com requests for them to make an accommodation for me.
