Shuttle service to airport worked great at 4:00 am.
The air conditioner didn’t work and it was 91° outside
The hotel was sold out, and I was placed in an "dog" room. I was told there was nothing I could do the first night and it would smell like dog and had a dog bed in it. I was told I could comedown in the morning and "SEE" if the manager can do anything, as I was traveling for work I had no time to negotiate for another room.
Location to the airport and the pool were nice. Staff was very kind and friendly.
Beds were too soft. Bathroom was not clean.
