Comfy, clean, great location.
Pros:

Great location..clean comfy. It is not the most luxurious of stays but just fine and I was happy not paying a lot. Front desk was friendly.

Cons:

The front desk didn’t give extra information, for instance we had a dog but I didn’t know there was a dog yard until I did a walk around the hotel the next morning and it was closer to our room than the door we were told to go in.
There is no free coffee in lobby or extra pods for bedroom. I had to purchase coffee in the lobby.

Good place for a comfortable rest, right by the airport.
Pros:

Great location next to airport. Free parking. Clean & big bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Cons:

There seems to be a backlog of maintenance: one of 2 elevators didn't work (in fact, had a neatly printed sign saying "out of order", as if it's meant for a long time), an ice machine out of order (the one on floor above worked), room phone didn't work (couldn't call front desk directly). Little things, but noticeable.
We were next to the "Presidential Suite" (!) and could hear the people there clearly through the wall and/or the connecting door (locked, but not soundproof).

Pros:

There was nobody at the desk. It took me an hour to get ahold of someone. By then, they had cancelled my reservation. I had to sleep in my car and still paid for the room.

I liked the location - close to the airport and mid-town Reno. Check-in was easy. Staff pleasant. Price was good.
