Pros:

Well kept grounds, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Pool was a little cool, but it was 100+ degrees outside so it worked.

Helt OK för en natt

Att det var ett stort rum med två handfat. Skön dusch när vi förstod att man behövde använda mycket styrka för att få igång vattnet. Att hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen.

Cons:

De använder någon form av parfymerad spray som är väldigt stark. Typ för att dölja dålig lukt från heltäckningsmattan....eller annat.
För tjocka kuddar för min nacke.
Tråkig färgsättning i hotellet...och speciellt i vårat rum.

BEST SLEEP EVER
Pros:

Best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time bed was firm pillows comfy the blackout curtains were great and the shower high powered I will definitely stay again!!

And the lobby spa water was delicious

Pros:

The vicinity to the airport and the 24 hr shuttle service make early flights easy. Wonderful dinner in the Indian restaurant in the hotel.

Absolutely disgusting, uninhabitable rooms.
Pros:

Unfortunately nothing, except the bed and pillows were ok.

Cons:

I was afraid to put any belongings/luggage on the chair or floor. The chair and what was left of discinigrated carpet was oily and black from so much age, germs, and use. I was afraid to touch anything. I wore flip flops to avoid the floor and rug. I didn't even use the shower to avoid further time in the room. I slept there quickly and got out. I can and will never stay there again. Location felt sketchy and unsafe but to be expected in Reno. I am shocked that hotel companies will continue to sell rooms like this that should be shut down for rennovations. It was beyond disgusting.
