The hotel met our expectations.
Pros:

Nice comfortable king-sized bed. refrigerator in room.

Cons:

Could have had a working ice machine. Time taken to check-in was too long

The staff that checked me in was so friendly and kind.

Cons:

The first room bathroom was dirty and the shower was broken non working. The second room the bed felt like it had sand on the sheets. My kid slept on top of their own blanket because the bedding felt so dirty. The kids next door screaming super early and we could smell people smoking pot on the property. We’ve stayed here before and we loved it so we decided to stay a second time and it wasn’t that great. Wont be staying there again. I added a picture of the first bathroom.

Pros:

Staff was very kind and friendly. However, the door handle to our exterior room was very ‘floppy’ and very difficult to open. The tv sound didn’t work. The heat didn’t work. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best.

Pros:

Room was in poor condition with stains on the carpet, blood on bathroom wall, shoddy repairs to shower and tub. Heater in room did not work. Was provided a space heater that was adequate. Bed was okay. Water pressure and hot water were good.

Pros:

Close to the exit - Room was large and clean but unfortunately faced the busy main town road. My room 242 top left had a huge door gap . ( More noise)
Glad I brought some painters tape. ( Professional traveler hack). Rooms electronic lock needed the secret hand shake to get in. My advice ask for a backside room. You can tell when they book cleaning convenience over customer satisfaction.

Good stay. Clean room. Good location.
Pros:

Loved the room! The vanity with the “Jack and Jill” was wonderful. Nice big actual king bed.

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft.
The toilet was too “squatty”. Please think about putting in 17” toilets.
Lastly the entry door handle was extremely hard to get open.
