The understanding from the attendant that was working with us

Cons:

And your pool was not working and was not informed through booking.com so I had to end up canceling my reservation cuz I was the only reason I went there

No amenities on site, ice machine was broken, no coffee or tea available ( I've never experienced that at any hotel) bed linen had something stuck to it, melted plastic or something. Door lock was very finicky, didn't find out until the second day that it wasn't locking. Just an overall unpleasant experience.ve

It was 8mins away from the facility I worked at & the bed was comfortable. That is the only good thing I have to say.

Cons:

Traveled hours away from home for work & paid here for a few nights, but immediately requested for a refund after getting into the room & seeing bugs scattered everywhere. Bugs were crawling up the bathroom walls too. I instantly went to the office & was told that I could change rooms, which didn’t make a difference. Because once I got into that one, the bed sheets & pillow cases were dirty, the towels were dirty, the bathroom smelled like strong old people’s urine, mold on walls. Overall, the rooms are nasty.
