Inicialmente foi me atribuído um quarto com porta de acesso à outro cômodo (provavelmente uma situação habitual, porém da qual não me sinto confortável\segura, estando em viagem sozinha). Entretanto ao questionar o staff, foram extremamente simpáticos e efetuaram a alteração imediata e com muita atenção e cuidado, demonstrando preocupação e valorização da opinião do cliente. Parabéns!!!!
