Revenire după 2 ani – Același nivel înalt și atenție remarcabilă către client

Atenție remarcabilă către client!
Am revenit la Crystal Hotel după o pauză de 2 ani și am fost încântat să constat că au păstrat exact același nivel înalt de calitate. Atenția acordată clientului este remarcabilă. Întregul personal face tot posibilul ca oaspeții să se simtă excelent, fiind extrem de amabili și receptivi.
Am mancat la restaurantul hotelului Grissini un Excelent cotlet de căprioară cu spumă de mămăligă, sfeclă elvețiană nuci și fructe roșii de pădure.

Cons:

Restaurantul este în regulă , dar calitatea preparatelor variază. Friptura de căprioară a fost excelenta, însă experiența cu cotletele de miel a fost mult mai puțin reușită

Very pleasant and worth the stay

The hotel is in the center of the town, walking distance from the train station, The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasent and helpful, the breakfast was very good

Amazing location, service and standards
