Amazing location, service and standards
Pros:

Everything was amazing, location, cleanliness, hospitality was different level. And the mini bar was on the house….never heard of for me

雖然離車站有點距離，但有免費接駁車，可以事先跟飯店確認你的火車，會準時去車站接 ，飯店位置超好，在一個相對熱鬧的街區 對面就是自助旅行的好朋友- 超市，用走路到湖邊景點也不遠喔！房間內家具都是原木，可聞到濃濃的木質味，房間內沐浴備品更是很有品味，洗髮護髮味道都讓人很放鬆，有浴缸（這在歐洲很少見）真的長途旅程後可以好好放鬆
還有許多精緻貼心的小地方，真的是很適合渡假的一的飯店， SAP 雖小 有蒸氣 烤箱 ，隔天早餐營養均衡 蔬果不少

Un sejur excelent, într-un hotel deosebit, cu servicii impecabile și o atmosferă plăcută.
Pros:

Locație excelentă, chiar în centrul orașului St. Moritz, aproape de principalele atracții. Camera a fost foarte curată, confortabilă și liniștită. Personalul a fost amabil, profesionist și foarte atent la nevoile noastre. Micul dejun a fost variat și de foarte bună calitate. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și am reveni cu mare plăcere.

Cons:

Nu avem nimic de reproșat.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή σε ένα υπέροχο πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Οι παροχές (Spa, mini bar και μεταφορά με βαν στο σταθμό) ήταν άριστες. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και βοηθητικό. Το πρωινό πάρα πολύ καλό.

Gostei bastante da minha estadia no Crystal Hotel Superior. O hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável, limpo e tem uma estrutura ótima, além de uma equipe simpática e atenciosa. O quarto era agradável, o café da manhã muito bom.

Man fühlt sich einfach wohl
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sehr stilvoll, passend zu St. Moritz eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist excellent und das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
