1st floor smelled like urine and so got moved to second floor and down graded a room. No refund was made from booking.com as my room got downgraded

Great central place to stay when visiting Albury
Pros:

The room was huge and very comfortable. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant and an excellent breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

There were renovations happening when we were there and it was a bit noisy on the afternoon of our arrival.

Very tired fittings, reception staff not very helpful appeared overwhelmed/understaffed.
Cleaning staff were very helpful & pleasant. Quality if hotel doesn't warrant cost charged. Won't stay again.

Can hear a lot of noise from street-dog barking in a ute oppiate hotel-woke me up both days. A lot of construction noise-cant be helped atm
