Terrible
Cons:

Booked so I could rest after a long drive. Hotel staff failed to mention there was major renovations underway and the sound of the hammering and drilling was so loud we were unable to rest. When I called the staff sounded annoyed that I asked what was going on. The lady I spoke to said she would call me back and never did. Room was not clean and the lights did not work. The TV was unplugged and the remote batteries were dead.

It was perfect for a one-night stay, and I enjoyed how close it is to the shops and restaurants.
Pros:

I like the location because it’s within walking distance of the nearest shops or restaurants

Cons:

The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, which made the stay less comfortable. The television also seemed outdated and didn’t offer any streaming services. In addition, the pool was quite small compared to what I expected.

Older hotel looking tired with rooms once trendy but now tired

Cons:

On leaving Altura on 8 February I paid minibar charges with cash at reception but found my card has been charged with $8.63 which had been already paid. Please refund my card.
