NEW MANAGEMENT is exceptional. Hotel is very clean and fresh. Our king suite was spotless, brightly lit, and everything was in perfect working condition. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub which felt amazing after our long business days. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with 3 hot choices daily as well as waffles, fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurt. We will always stay at this location when in the Waterloo area whether for business or leisure.
The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable and the hallways were quiet. It's a great place to get away from it all and just relax a little
The customer service could have been better...I asked the lady about the deposit that I was not aware of when I booked through 3rd party and she gave me smart remarks.
Breakfast was super. The location was a convenient one for our visit to the city, and felt safe the whole while. The room was clean with plenty of towels.
The fan in the bathroom did not work and the toilet wasn’t bolted down so it rocked. The foot traffic noise coming through the ceiling was significant (the front desk warned us of this and offered a 3rd floor room but we liked the idea of same floor as pool and breakfast; if we’d do it again, we’d take the desk advice)
It was in a convenient locations and staff was very accommodating to our girls volleyball team

Place is a total scam. Blocked off 5 rooms. Booked using the confirmation numbers. Charged the guests and me for all rooms. Charged me an extra $800 when rooms weren’t even sold out. Jay is the manager. Guy is worthless.
