Gerne wieder aber dann ohne Frühstück
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war herausragend. Die Reinigungskraft erkundigte sich sehr freundlich auf dem Flur ob alles in Ordnung sei und es war alles perfekt sauber, sie hatte extra einen Handtuch-Elefanten für unsere Tochter gemacht. Sehr herzlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider sehr sehr wenig. Es es gab auf einem Tablett 2 crossaints die sehr trocken waren, zwei Eier die kalt waren dazu ein bisschen Joghurt und cerealien die leider nur für eine Person reichten. Dazu sollte es Kaffee frenchpressed geben aber leider war die Kanne leer. Wir sind dann auswärts frühstücken gegangen. Wir haben es auch beim Checkout am selben Tag bemängelt.

Comfortable and convenient, but somewhat underwhelming for the price.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of town within walking distance to primarily a number of clubs/bars, but with some restaurants nearby as well. Parking was onsite and convenient.

Cons:

The rate was pretty steep for what you got. I was anticipating something above your standard Holiday Inn type fare, but was a little disappointed. The room was pretty standard - gray, mod, few furnishings. The shower didn't have a wand, which would have been something one might expect at this price points. The breakfast was pretty standard fare. It was advertised as light continental or something similar, but was really basic, no upgrade at all on the items served.

A very pleasant surprise
Pros:

At first I was a little worried when we pulled up to this hotel. Almost the entire 1st floor seems to be being extensively renovated and we entered the lobby through what seemed like a back entrance. However, this is one of the nicer hotels we've stayed in with some upscale touches. Spacious enough and clean. Well laid out and comfortable. A nice fitness room and breakfast area. I'll bet it'll be really nice when the construction is finished.
