I was very happy with the accomodations, staff and location.
Pros:

I decided to return after a dismal experience a year ago and found it exceptional. Very good rates, spotless, the breakfast was outstanding, the personnel was helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

Nothing.

It's fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a 2–3 day stay.
Pros:

The breakfast had a decent variety, although the only healthy option was the omelet, and it seemed like it was made from powdered eggs, which I wouldn’t really consider a healthy choice.

Cons:

I stayed here for two nights between work projects and specifically chose this hotel because I needed reliable internet, quiet surroundings, and a comfortable place to rest.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all on my first day. The room was very dark and felt stuffy, as the window faced a wall and ground-level tree roots rather than open air or natural light.

Another issue was the constant noise from housekeeping staff talking loudly in the hallways. I understand most guests are awake during the day, but I was traveling from a different time zone and working late nights, so I needed to sleep during part of the day.

The surrounding area also did not feel particularly safe. I did not feel comfortable walking to nearby stores after dark.

Overall, this hotel did not meet my needs, and I would not stay here again.

ROACHES! Don’t stay!
Pros:

I didn’t like anything.

Cons:

There were roaches in this hotel, the sheets had roaches legs and dead bugs. I took video and pictures of this, it was disgusting! These people don’t clean or change the sheets.

The staff was very rude and aggressive with me when asking questions, the rooms headboard was gross and has splatter, sweaty back marks and to add to it i didn't see it they'll the next AM when I work up.
