Pros:

It is pet friendly and inexpensive.

Cons:

The area is a little sketchy, the tub faucet valve needs to be replaced as it’s old and stuck so it won’t pull out. Had to ask my husband to pull it out for me. Also, the towel rack/bar is coming off the wall. I informed the receptionist about it

Walking out of breakfast going thru hallway out the door to reach second building my 13 yr old pointed out a zip lock small bag with white pounder drug I sent I took it to the clerk in lobby so no other possible child finds it like my child did.

Not good, wouldn’t do again.
Pros:

Not much. To get to from anywhere you had to drive and and completely U turn just to access the property. Many sketchy people just hanging around the buildings.

Cons:

No one came to clean our room any of the 4 days we were there. There weren’t trash bags in the trash cans, barely enough towels or toilet paper for two people. No lock on the bathroom door. Towards the end of our 4 days, the bathroom started to stink like mold or sewage.
