Not a pleasant experience
Pros:

The location it was close for our date night.

Cons:

When we checked in they were remodeling right outside our room in the hall. Had to call desk for wifi password and person who answered was very rude! When we walked out to go to pool I stepped on nails
Outside our room. Hallway had crap all over. Hot tub was dirty had stuff and bugs floating in it. Breakfast had no flavored creamers and orange juice was watered down.

Nice private location.. rooms were good sized

Cons:

- the building is under construction and it was never noted, there was clearly construction equipment, carpet rolls and no working elevator
- sheets were stained yellow .
- cockroaches in the shower
- dirty clothing left in the bathroom

I like the hotel. I wish they would stop saying pet friendly when it;s not!!
Pros:

Staff was courteous as always. Stayed multiple times.

Cons:

I had a confirmed reservation for a handicacapped accessible room and was refusesed because I had my dog. 2 weeks earlier, I reserved a queen double and got bumped to a King Shite which I didn't mind. My dog was allowed then be cause they needed the double room for other individuals. I was was charged 20.00 a night for a room I did not reserve. Funny how they can change things how they want to accommodate their pockets!

Pros:

It was a nice clean hotel, with plenty of place to eat around. The bed was super comfy

Cons:

The fact that there was always a bunch of unsupervised kids in the pool area making it so we didn't want to go there.

Pros:

Breakfast-nothing special. Rather mediocre. We couldn’t tell if it was eggs or pancakes served with the sausages which were greasy. We didn’t eat the second day. Beds were comfortable. I am rather short and have bad knees so thought the beds were high. I had trouble getting into it. But very comfortable. The room was quite clean. They even came and cleaned the second day we were there and replaced towels, etc, which I didn’t expect. We’ll stay again.
