Clean and lovely Hotel
Beautiful property
Cuando llegamos bien el personal de recepción. En la villa, para lo que pagas, no teníamos vasos, ni platos ni cubiertos. Azulejos de piscina rotos y oxidados, piscina sucia. Llamamos varias veces para poder pedir un vaso. El personal que viene a limpiar en las mañanas nos dejó toda la losa sucia en el fregadero y sin reponer de nuevo. Tuvimos que volver a llamar, minibar sin reponer, desayuno de servicio de habitaciones sin recoger. Mal sabor de boca, con otras expectativas respecto a que hay mucha competencia. Agridulce.
The villa was breathtaking and very private.
The restaurant situation within the complex; staff not as friendly as the villa staff.
In one restaurant we asked for another drink but was refused due to the table being needed!
Another restaurant took two payments from us one being cash and one a signed receipt nothing was done about it, we didn’t eat in the hotel complex after that as customer service was very quick to blame us and not rectify the situation so we didn’t trust the system after that.
The privacy of the Villa.

We loved our stay at the resort. We stayed in Las Villas which I would highly recommend. Great for peace and quiet, but can also enjoy the rest the resort has to offer. Lots of good restaurants and bars with some good entertainment. We weren’t a fan of the beach, but personal preference we enjoyed the resort pools much more.
War segr schön allerdings hat unsere villa
So many amazing things about the hotel but a few very avoidable niggles let it down. We stayed in the villas and the accommodation is incredible, we travelled as a family of 4 and loads of room, seperate sleeping rooms and the bathroom was great!
The slight let down was the air con wasn’t working in the bedroom - these things happen but the response was a bit poor. We had to ring twice for it to be noted, then a technician came & looked at it and said it’s fine (it wasn’t!). After an hour of conversation with the main reception we got a fan and an offer to move villas the next day. Again, not bad but the move was to be fully done by ourselves - at this point, everything was unpacked and would have lost hours moving.
Other issues were minor, such as the kids club being relocated to a small room vs the great space on the website and having to ring multiple times to get a cleaning service.
Overall, hotel was great, would 100% recommend the villas vs standard accommodation but don’t expect Sani/Ikos levels of service.
The villas are gorgeous . Just amazing really .
The trees surrounding the villa sun terraces need pruning to allow more light on to the terrace . Screening doesn’t need to be so high .
People come for the sun .
