Pros:

Lätt att köra till och parkera. AC på rummet och trevlig personal. Nära till matbutik.

Pros:

The grocery store in the same building.
Big room.

Cons:

Smal bathroom and water was leaking through shower door. The carpet was with spots and corridors was smelling like somebody was smoking.
The receptionist could be more costumer friendly.

Pros:

Zeer weinig dat beviel. Blij dat we er maar 1 overnachting geboekt hadden. Het ontbijt was redelijk oke. De verantwoordelijke van de keuken was vriendelijk en deed wel haar best.

Cons:

De organisatie van het onthaal. Heel druk en alles behalve gezellige sfeer. Amper info. Betalende parking en amper/geen plaats wanneer je er 's avonds aankomt. Wanneer je in de avond nog even het hotel verlaat kan je niet zomaar terug binnen. Je dient er dan telefonisch contact op te nemen. Het duurt even vooraleer je terug binnen kan. We boekten een kamer voor 3 personen. De 3de persoon moest slapen op een uitgetrokken skai sofa dewelke praktisch uit elkaar viel en gebroken was. Wanneer we na het ontbijt (nog tijdig voor uitchecken) de kamer wilden betreden was deze reeds vergrendeld.

Extremely disappointing experience and completely unacceptable customer service
Cons:

We booked two rooms. One room had a functioning air conditioner, while the other had no cooling at all and was unbearably hot. This was clearly not a matter of “waiting for the room to cool down” - the air conditioning simply did not work.

We reported the issue immediately. We were told to leave the hotel for a walk because the room had supposedly been empty for some time and would cool down on its own. We were also assured that everything would be fine when we came back and that no replacement room was available because the hotel was fully booked.

More than two hours later, absolutely nothing had changed. The room was still like an oven.

We reported the problem again. Instead of offering a solution, we were told that no technician could be called, no supervisor could be contacted, no alternative room was available, and our only option was to cancel our stay and find another hotel late in the evening.

The receptionist even acknowledged that everyone was sweating because of the heat, yet still refused to escalate the issue that night, saying the supervisor would only be contacted the next morning.

Technical failures happen. What defines a good hotel is how it responds. Here, there was no attempt to solve the problem, no alternative, and no sense of responsibility. Telling paying guests to either sleep in an unbearably hot room or leave the hotel at night is simply unacceptable.

Update from the morning - supervisor was not contacted. No discount was offered, which we were told about yesterday.

es hat alles bestens geklappt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und die betten Bequem. Kurz gesagt, es hatte alles was es braucht. Ein Plus war die Bar im Hause, die die ganze Nacht auf hatte

Siisti hotelli. Aivan mahtava asiakaspalvelija respassa, kun saavuimme. Aamupalalla kivoja pieniä yksityiskohtia, kuten inkivääriä ja sitruunaa teehen.

Cons:

Valitsimme hotellin ilmastoinnin vuoksi. Sitä ei kuitenkaan pystynyt itse säätämään ja huoneessa oli melko kuuma. Huoneessa oli myös melko hämärää valaisimista huolimatta.
