Location was fine and staff was friendly!
The hallways smelled like smoke and the TV being crooked in that corner gave me motion sickness. Also we flushed our toilet and it overflowed.

I have stayed here plenty of times and every single time I have to call. Customer service they either have to transfer me, then I get hung up on. I when I finally am able.to talk to someone I have to ask to refund the pet deposit every time.
The room smelled horrible.
The location is easy to find off of the interstate. There are several restaurants within a few minutes drive.
The bathroom was not up to par. I left suggestions about what they needed to be replaced and cleaned.

Everything was good, except the toilet gave us trouble in the middle of the night lol, they were friendly and offered another room.
Quiet even though near interstate
Easy access
We had car trouble, so I called and asked if it was too late to cancel. It was too late to cancel, so I told them to hold the rooms, we are going to try to make it since we are paying anyway. Some of us had to stay back with the broken down van, but the rest of our group went on to the hotel. The staff did not want to give them the rooms since they arrived so late. After much arguing, they allowed them to stay. I am thankful my family was able to get some rest, but the staff/managers were not kind and gave my family a hard time after having a difficult day. This is disappointing, and I will think twice about staying at a Microtel again.
Breakfast was good... location was good for us... friendly staff...
Pool.... we were under the impression that there was a pool from booking.com... was one of the reasons we booked there...
