Good value. Quiet area. Comfy and clean room and bed. Best of all: the staff!!
Pros:

Very quiet in spite of closeness to interstate. Loved the bed. Actual toiletries available and a hairdryer! Good bang for the buck. Staff were all very nice.

Not having scrambled eggs for breakfast

A place of comfort, cleanliness, and kindness — all at a great value!
Pros:

Our room was very well designed, the staff were ALL sincerely friendly, responsive, and professional. The cleanliness and amenities were consistent.

Cons:

It’s starting to show its age a little — with pealing paint in some places and blankets looking a little worn out. Also, the juice machine was broken the entire 5 days we were there. We these are all minor, and part of normal “wear and tear.”

Pros:

The front desk staff did fix a mistake I made while booking a changed me to a non-smoking room.

Cons:

The hotel is very outdated. The carpet had stains that appeared similar to blood stains each approximately the size of a quarter. It was also old and very worn and snagged. The TV volume wouldn’t go down below a certain number which was louder than I’d like to have had it. The bathroom floor was not clean and there was hair in the tub and on the towels.

Thank you for the friendly and accommodating staff at the office desk.
Pros:

Our tub was slow to drain, but the positive energy and friendliness of the staff, was exceptional. We stay there about six times a year and the staff and price, continental breakfast is an excellent value.
