Extremely disappointing stay. During our two-night stay, we encountered multiple maintenance and service issues. The washroom door was broken, the air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn’t working, the room telephone was non-functional, and the shampoo and shower gel bottles were simply left on the floor instead of being properly placed.
The restaurant offered very limited choices, especially for vegetarians and those looking for chicken options.
The hotel also seemed reluctant to provide basic room amenities such as extra creamers for coffee. Even the coffee vending machine at reception was unavailable, which was disappointing.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location and would like for thank Kateryna on the reception for being warm and professional.
Overall, this felt less like efficiency and more like excessive cost-cutting at the expense of guest comfort and service. I would not recommend staying here unless the management significantly improves its maintenance standards and guest experience.

It is plain, business like, in a business area, well connected though 10 mins to airport, 25 mins to city center. Tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Room are okay, nothing bad as such. I guess breakfast would be similar, nothing bad but nothing which stands out. Staff is helpfull to the extent they can be.
It's a business like hotel, not really for a vaccation. The area is also business like, no vibes if that is what you want. Room and beds are also okay. It's mostly occupied through contract with various travel agencies with loads of tourist groups staying together. You just spend the night here and head out where ever you need to, that's it.
Breakfast was decent with a fair amount of options. A large group got there ahead of us, so we had to wait 15-20 minutes to get food. Keep that in mind when scheduling your plans also, you will need to pay for parking. I believe it was 21 CHF for the night.
Include breakfast and parking in the price. Don't charge for every little thing. Other than that it was fine.

El hotel está bien, el servicio de la recepción es magnífico, tuve un problema de fechas con mi reserva y me lo solucionaron de forma eficiente.
Viajamos en coche, el centro de la ciudad no queda lejos y el hotel tiene aparcamiento a precios razonables. También hay cargadores para coches eléctricos.
La habitación es de tamaño correcto, está reformada y actualizada, es confortable.
En recepción nos atendió Pablo muy amablemente.
