The room was very modern and beautiful. We loved it.
The location was maybe not so convenient for finding shops and the town was still a tram ride away but the price probably reflects that. There could have been more fruit offered at breakfast

Clean comfortable rooms. Close to the airport- just a 5 min. drive. Paid parking right next door. Check-in was quick and easy. There's a basic gym on the 7th floor.

The frontdesk lady had a terible atittude, could not find my entire reservation. I booked 2 rooms for my family, in the same reservation and I was given the rooms in two different parts of the hotel. I had to argue with her to at least get the rooms on the same floor!

Room is clean and sufficient.
Location is few minutes drive from the airport which was exactly what we needed after the flight.
The shower preasure is a little weak but we managed.
The room was neat and well equipped, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, the hotel is well-connected to the city and the airport. Staff were accommodating in general.
The housekeeping team should pay more attention on making sure the room is left properly after being cleaned.
The property is in a great location in relation to the airport. There’s a tram station right out front of the building.
Our air conditioner wasn’t working and the room was extremely hot. We talked to a receptionist and she didn’t care about the problem at all or offer any solutions. She told us the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but the website says it does, and we had good air conditioning the last time we stayed at this hotel. Many other reviewers have complained about the staff of this hotel and the manager responds to many reviews saying they are working on it, but given the continual poor experience, I’m not sure if anything is improving. I will not stay in this hotel again.
