worst experience. will never stay again at novotel
Pros:

worst service for check in guest.
there was no house keeping, every time we ask for anything, we ourself have to go down in reception and the get the things we want..
staff communication also too rude.

no room service.
my room not cleaned for 2 days inspite of repeated followups.

Perfect stay for the night before return trip it the States. Very comfortable beds and they even had a sauna. Excellent

Gutes Hotel wenn man was in der Nähe des Flughafens sucht

- schöne, zweckdienliche Zimmer
- im Zimmer lagen Bademäntel, Zahnbürsten etc bereit

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war es total überlaufen, Teller fehlten, es gab keine normale Milch mehr.

Pros:

- chambre spacieuse, bien équipé, (avoir du the et café est très agréable), confortable.
- le silence.
- le petit déjeuner (excellent, bcp de variété, bonne quantité, très bon, il y avait un peu de tout) tout était excellent.
- un petit coin pour que les enfants puissent jouer en attendant le Check in ou même être au restaurant, super pratique et les enfants on adoré.
- avoir un resto sur place très pratique.

- le seul défaut le prix du parking (30-. Intérieur) un peu chère

Las habitaciónes comodas me gusta mucho una gran variedad al desayuno muy buen buffet el personas atentamente z la l'impiété esta muy bien, lo unico es que no tiene parqueadero proprio sin embargo al frente del hotel uno.puede parquear

Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel y el desayuno es excelente.

Cons:

La ventana solo abre parcialmente y como en todo Zurich no hay aire acondicionado sino ventilación, pero para la época que fuimos estuvo bien porque no había calor.

Ideal gelegenes Hotel zum Übernachten, günstiger im Vergleich zu den Flughafenhotels in Kloten.
Pros:

Lage sehr nahe am Flughafen, mit Tram 5 Minuten. Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.
