A little warm welcoming smile would do wonders when checking in.

Noticed that for 2 consecutive days, housekeeping didn’t finish cleaning our room. The used cups were left in the bathroom sink and just general observation that there was no cleaning done.

Very disappointed with how my parents were treated. They politely tried to communicate in French and even used a translator, but the staff kept emphasizing that they only spoke English or German, making no effort to understand such a simple request as storing their luggage for a couple of hours. A little willingness to help and basic courtesy would have made all the difference
