Fabulous place
Pros:

Lovely place. Would definitely stay again. Loved the couches and bar area to sit and relax with friends. Breakfast was yummy.

Cons:

The milk was hard to open and pour without spilling it and no cloth to wipe up. Some cookies would have been nice my husband said😁 Very small things to complain about I know.

An overnight stay. Comfortable but there's probably better value elsewhere.
Pros:

The room was modern. But it wasn't very clean. Not terrible, but lots of stains and a lot of accumulated dust and dirt where staff don't clean regularly. We stayed on a Saturday night in the wing that faces Victoria Street. It was quite noisy between street noise (late night hoons doing burnouts etc) and gardeners using leaf blowers to clear leaves off the street in the middle of the night. A room towards the rear of the hotel towards the river would probably be much quieter. In daylight the location of the Hotel comes to the fore. It is beside the river and it is a very pretty location. Breakfast was ok but not quite enough seating. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was modern but quite dirty on soft furnishings (stains etc) and accumulated dust and dirt about the room. But it was comfortable.

Ordentliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Obwohl wir am Vorabend das Auto beim Valetparking für eine bestimmte Zeit vorbestellt hatten, wurde es erst geholt als wir danach gefragt haben.
