Pros:

The valet parking man and restaurant servers were lovely to deal with! The sauna and gym is a great addition.

Cons:

I was charged twice and when I called to ask why and to get the situation rectified I was given the run around. This matter still has not resolved. There is not many places to park - it was easier to pay for the underground parking.

Clean tidy hotel, easy to navigate and a good size.
Pros:

Excellent location, good sized room and comfy beds :-)

Cons:

Every time I have stayed here the check in part of the process takes ages. There were 3 people in front of me upon check in (two being served) and one waiting in line. I waited for over 10mins. Not ideal when hubby is double parked outside and we had been travelling for 6 hours.
