Pros:

Food and room was lovely.

Cons:

Staff at reception appeared nervous/unfriendly, security and a few in the premises was not warm/friendly when I said Hello. I wear a hijab, Muslim woman, so felt a bit unwelcomed.
However staff at restaurant were kind and warm in welcoming.

Location, bathroom, comfortable bed

Cons:

Carpet needs replacing, starting to look a bit run down, got put in a disabled room that I didn’t book, key cards were only loaded for one night then stopped working, just was a muck around in general really

Felt very welcome from the moment I walked in to the building
Pros:

Check in easy, valet excellent. Bar staff were exceptional and didn't mind to talk about the local area! Food was good and buffet breakfast divine!! Brekky staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂 my room felt 5 star!!no

Perfect CBD locale
Pros:

Excellent location in the middle of the CBD. Rooms were clean, quiet and oh my that bed.... Soooo comfortable.

Cons:

Had made two bookings and requested that the rooms were as close as possible to each other, the request reply assured me this had been done but on arrival we were two floors away from each other.

very uncomfortable room, very poor standard room service food.
Cons:

The room was very very cramped, not large enough for twin beds, lighting very poor. The net curtain had a huge, ripped hole in in and i informed the reception immediately have going into the room but they did not even seem bothered about it. Surely this should have been fixed prior to another guest being given that room.
Room service food was disgusting. especially the almost raw pizza that was not even a typical pizza.
