I love the location, room, bar and gym facilities. Breakfast options were great.
It was a busy weekend so hard to get a table which we also experienced last time we stayed. Dinner menu needs to be extended with more options. Car parking is limited.

The valet parking man and restaurant servers were lovely to deal with! The sauna and gym is a great addition.
I was charged twice and when I called to ask why and to get the situation rectified I was given the run around. This matter still has not resolved. There is not many places to park - it was easier to pay for the underground parking.
