Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like was I stayed in a king bed bur it was 2 king single beds joined together. During the night the beds separated and my partner feel to the floor.

Pros:

Handy that it is located with the Bankstown Sports Club which is huge. Quiet, comfortable room. Enjoyed the free parking

Interesting complex. Very new set up for me. Great to investigate. Nice staff. Plenty of choices .
Pros:

The hotel is well situated . Eateries were plenty of - the glenfield eatery & bar were great to meet family & have a meal in. Staff were all pleasant and assisted with any queries I had as I investigated the areas. I liked the security surrounding the complex.

Cons:

1st timers like us had to quickly understand car park set up.lifts were initially bit complex to find to the rooms

Thought there would be a couch, must have been the king room rather than the queen room. Hair dryer had a weird smell when using it.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the stuff at reception specifically the mail with glasses was very rude and arrogant. Also there was no water pressure in the showers. A light didn’t work in the room. The amenities smelled terrible and there was black mould on our pillow pillows
