It was nice but could be much better improvement required

Cons:

Room had a cockroach when we arrived the bathroom door was locked and had to call staff 2 times to unlock especially in the middle of the night don’t know why bathroom door locked no one had used it and it’s a switch so don’t understand how it locked but did. Air conditioning wasn’t the best not cold at all

Perfect. No hold ups, great beds, great room temperature.
Pros:

Everything was great. Easy checkin, parking no hassle, beds great, beautiful location.
Access to the club for restaurants so many options, bars no need to go looking for anything. Lovey, will be a regular when in town.

Everything in one spot, accommodating to my physical disability needs

Cons:

Cleaners on first day took plastic bottles that they shouldn't have especially if they were washed and drying. 2nd day bins were not emptied, bed not tucked and no extra toilet paper left.

Fire alarm every 15 minutes and unable to sleep all night. Staff not helpfull at all. Not recommended.

Renovate for a higher draw card
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the underground parking was easy

Cons:

There are still Covid stickers on the ground to keep distance 🤦‍♀️ needless to say the upkeep is lacking greatly.
The rooms need renovating
The bathroom was tiny - shut the door to open the shower door.
No shower caps, no vanity kits supplied.
