Kyriad Toulouse Blagnac Aéroport

The hotel had plenty of parking spots with no reservation required, fast check-in, cute breakfast. The bedding (mattress and pillows) were unexpectedly very comfortable and seem brand new, which is not very usual for close-to-the-airport small hotel. Location for me was very good - as I needed a walking proximately to the concert venue in the airport - the walk was 10 minutes at max.

Personnel très agréable, souriant,la chambre très propre,les oreillers à mémoire de forme super on a bien dormi ,le petit déjeuner complet et beaucoup de choix comparer à d' autres y en a pour les grands,et les petits du sucrée et du salé.

Hotel bien situé et bien insonorisé

I booked a stay at the Kyriad Toulouse - Blagnac Aéroport on June 22 2026 for 1 night, July 7-July 8 2026, through the Kyriad website. I read via reviews that the hotel closed and no front desk person would be available after a certain time (this was not posted on their website). With my flight arriving to Toulouse at 10:45pm, I sent an email addressed listed on the confirmation email on June 30th that I would be arriving late. I did not receive a response back. I received a preparation email on July 5th from Kyriad. After my arrival to Toulouse and an uber ride to the hotel, I found it closed. I called both numbers listed on the door, as well as the numbers sent in the confirmation email. No response. At this point, I was at a loss as I do not speak French, it was late at night in a deserted, dark and unfamiliar place, I was solo traveling and had a bicycle bag with me. I walked to the nearest hotel, the Ibis Toulouse Blagnac Aeroport to ask for a room, but they were booked. Myself and the Ibis Hotel Receptionist called the Kyriad again, with no response, and 25 different hotels to ask for a room. All were either full or did not answer. As a solo female traveler, it was an absolutely horrible experience. Thankfully, the nice Ibis hotel receptionist allowed me to sit on the hotel lobby couch all night, until I could pick up my car rental at 8:30am the next day.
When I went to the Kyriad the next day to make them aware of my situation, they didn't have my name written down in a physical book, but I had the email confirmation of my booking through their website and he found it online. I felt dismissed and like it was my fault. I truly would never recommend staying here and risking this type of experience.
