It was good break
Pros:

Kids play area and the pools since it was mainly about kids

Cons:

Dinner food was basic and dessert was too sweet for my liking

Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and the people working at reception were more than friendly.
Pros:

Friendly staff at reception. Entertainment for kids is why we chose this venue, twice! The pool looked nice and clean unfortunately the weather did not permit us to enjoy it.

Cons:

The person at the Kiosk could be a bit more accommodating. This was the only disappointing aspect during both our stays at the hotel. The first time, it was closed during the times that it was supposed to be open and on both occassions we felt that the person could be more approachable

Pros:

I like almost everything about the hotel....the staff were so helpful and friendly. Sis Lunga, Xolile, Noklunga, Happy and not forgetting Gift. Keep all the good work you made our stay feel so homely.

Cons:

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming and assisted wherever they could.

I really appreciated the birthday treat, thank you so much.

Cons:

Tea and coffee station had limited tea and sugar in both the rooms.

One of the rooms, the water bottle was empty..

The toilet in my room was not flushing. We had to wait until the next morning for Maintenance to come and fix it, We were inconvenienced by having to use the public toilets at main reception. The ladies toilets were filthy.

Games room and putt-putt area needs to cleaned and updated.

Not the best menu option for a buffet and limited options on the A la carte menu.

Size of snacks on the starter platter was ridiculously small with hardly any filling.

Have been here a couple of times a few years back. Unfortunately in my opinion, it's poor Management, place needs a good face lift all round. Disappointed.

Great Experience Except for the Ala Carte Supper Menu
Pros:

1. The room size
2. Value for money
3. Overall proximity to the beach

Cons:

For your own sanity, whatever you do, don't request the ala carte menu for supper, just do the buffet. I say this because it took the staff 30min before they could give us some sort of a kiddies menu. We were essentially been passed from waiter to waiter because none of them knew where the kiddies menu was.
