Le stationnement à trois minutes
The receptionist was very polite, welcoming, and helpful. I also really liked the room was big . In addition, the location was very convenient and made it easy to access nearby places.
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the housekeeping service.
On the first day, the room was not cleaned properly. The floor had a noticeable amount of sand, and it was clear that vacuuming had not been done. This made the room feel unclean from the start of our stay.
On the second day, the situation was even more frustrating. We left the room early in the morning and returned around 4:00 PM, expecting it to have been serviced. However, the room had not been cleaned at all. It appears that housekeeping had already finished their shift without attending to our room.
Cleanliness is very important to our family, and this situation negatively affected our experience and ruined the overall mood of our stay.

La seule chose qu’on n’a pas pu faire fonctionner était la lumière sur le côté gauche du lit et celle qui était sur un pied près de la chaise. Elles ne fonctionnaient pas mais celle n’est pas grave
L'amabilité du personnel et le confort de la chambre
On ne nous avait pas prevenus qu'il fallait réserver nos places au restaurant pour avoir des places à une table. D'autre part, on a eu droit à 2 cocktails gratuits qui n'étaient pas des cocktails juste un verre de vin rouge, un verre de vin blanc médiocre ou une bière blonde !

Belles chambres modernes et spacieuses
Le comptoir de breuvage chaud disponible en tout temps qui était en place auparavant nous a manqué.
On a adoré l'emplacement, le lit super confortable, chambre très grande, on a vraiment aimé!
El personal es muy amable, la habitación es muy comoda y muy amplia, incluyó una pequeña cocina y estancia lo cual es de gran ayuda para la gente que viajamos, sin dudarlo recomendaría este alojamiento además de que esta bastante bien ubicado (20 minutos caminando encuentras Old Quebec)

Big room with high ceiling, super clean, smells refreshing, super comfortable mattress. Great coffee selection. Bathroom is fantastic with everything you need. Soft tissue and toilet paper. Lightning is cozy. Parking lot is close by and convenient. Surrounded by tons of restaurants and cafes. Staff are kind and helpful. Thanks for the welcoming drinks.
