Cons:

Der Weg zum Hotel war eine einzige Stolperfalle, nichts für ältere Personen. Der angekündigte Valet-Parken-Service war eingestellt und der Portier hat einen unangemessenen Aufstand gemacht, als ich mit einer anderen Kreditkarte als bei der Buchung zahlen wollte. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Well located hotel with good size and comfortable rooms. Offering a free glass of wine for guests in the restaurant was a nice touch

Las imágenes del hotel son fieles a la realidad... bravo! Habitación muy confortable, con gran limpieza, amenidades que hacen la estancia placentera...La decoración muy atinada...Lo mejor lo amplio de la habitación...No bajen el nivel... quiero regresar!

Cons:

Podrían mejorar un el desayuno
Faltan accesorios para colgar las toallas mojadas
Faltan camas más grandes para parejas (king size)

Brilliant hotel.
Pros:

How spacious and modern the room was. All the amenities in the room were an added bonus. As was the free welcome drink, very much appreciated. Both the room and the hotel we spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The parking situation wasn't very clear, maybe after someone books you could explain better. I googled where to park in the end and got the wrong car park. Only to be told afterwards.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes.

Cons:

Suite à notre première nuit, j'ai trouvé le sac de dechets qui a été posé a coté du lavabo de la salle de bains. Le sol de la chambre était sale (cf photos). J'ai averti la reception le lendemain. Le lendemain soir, j'ai trouvé les tasses de café ainsi que le verre de vin dans le lavabo de la salle de bains. De plus, le sol n'avait toujours pas été nettoyé.
Je suis navrée de vous ecrire. Mais je n'ai jamais rencontré de tels problèmes de room service deux fois de suite.. pour un hotel 4 etoiles comme le votre, c'est honteux et déplorable. 
Le receptionist m'a demande d'ecrire un mail. Mais personne m'a repondu pour expliquer ou 's'excuser.

Pros:

L'accueil très bien
Très propre agréable

Cons:

Malheureusement le lit pas fait juste recouvert du couvre lit
Le rideaux de la chambre trop courte la lumière de l'extérieur pénétrait a l'intérieur
Mais le jeune de l'accueil nous a trouvé une solution
