Bel hôtel mais personnel nul et peu avenant…
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé et les équipements sont de qualité mais…

Cons:

- notre chambre ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Via booking nous avions demandé un lit d’appoint (demande approuvée par l’hôtel en retour). À notre arrivée aucun lit d appoint.
- La personne peu avenante de la réception m’indique que l’hôtel ne reçoit pas les demandes de booking (malgré la preuve que celle ci a bien été approuvée par eux). Cette ‘charmante’ dame n’était pas du tout disposée à nous aider ou à proposer une alternative. Aucun geste commercial non plus proposé par l’hôtel… bref nous en ressortons très déçu.

Hôtel et chambre magnifique
Pros:

L’Hôtel est magnifiquement décoré, bien placé à Tusayan et non dans le parc. Notre chambre était spacieuse et belle.

Cons:

À notre arrivée dans la chambre à 16h, il manquait les serviettes de toilette, nous l’avons immédiatement signalé et le soir à notre retour à 21h toujours pas de serviettes.
Quelques amandes trouvées au sol…
Dommage, vu l’hôtel cela laisse à penser que le ménage a été fait approximativement…

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per entrare al Grand canyon, struttura molto nuova e ben pulita. Piscina interna.

Cons:

Wifi non funzionante, colazione a pagamento e non inclusa nonostante il prezzo alto della struttura. Hotel a 5 stelle che non sembra un 5 stelle.

Pros:

Camera moderna, curata, finalmente un bagno con una vera doccia con porte di vetro. Atmosfera dell'hotel molto bella, camino nella Hall. Piscina al coperto ma cmq piacevole.

Würde ich wieder buchen!
Pros:

Große Zimmer, angenehme Betten, gutes Frühstück, tolles Personal in der Bar, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage zum Park ist top !

Cons:

Ist nicht günstig, aber ist halt Grand Canyon.

Ottima posizione per visitare il South Rim del Gran Canyon
Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare il South Rim del Gran Canyon, a 15 minuti dal centro visitatori e a prezzi decisamente più abbordabili dei Lodge che ci sono dentro al parco. Struttura accogliente, bel salone d’ingresso, belle camere. Bagno nuovo e grande. All’interno c’è anche una bella steakhouse, che è lo stesso locale dove al mattino viene servita la colazione (abbondante, con buona scelta, ma non inclusa, costa 18$ a testa)
