É confortável mas antipático
Pros:

Quarto grande, confortável e cama boa.

Cons:

Os funcionários não primam pela simpatia e não se esforçam minimamente para ajudar. Cheguei antes do horario do check-in e ia sair para o tour. Eles se recusaram a ficar com a bagagem. Na volta do tour, ficamos presas no parque devido a um acidente e chegamos pouco antes de a cozinha fechar, também não houve a menor empatia. Tivemos que sair no frio para procurar um lugar onde comer e as opções não eram muitas. No café da manhã, a gorjeta para o garçom tinha que ser em dinheiro. Ou seja, não se esforçavam pra facilitar em nada.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse des personnes .
L emplacement pour visiter le parc est ideal. La navette violette s arrete juste devant hôtel .
La chambre que nous avions etait grande et tres fonctionnelle.
Parking gratuit juste devant hôtel.
Micro onde et frigidaire a disposition . Bref ideal

מיקום מעולה, חדרים נוחים וחדשים.
Pros:

החדרים היו משופצים וחדשים ומתוכננים יפה, היתה גם מרפסת קטנה. המיטות נוחות והכל מרווח. המיקום של המלון קרוב מאוד מחוץ לפארק הגרנד קניון (הכניסה הדרומית) וקרוב למסעדות מקומיות ועם חניה מרווחת לאורחים.

Cons:

לנו במקום 2 לילות. בבוקר הראשון יצאנו ב7:30 מהמלון וחזרנו ב14:30 כדי לנוח וגילינו שלא ניקו לנו בכלל את החדר - לא ריענון וגם לא ריקון אשפה. ביחס לרמת המלון זה היה מאכזב. לבקשתנו באו לפנות את הפחים. יחד עם זאת הבהירו שהם לא מנקים או מסדרים מיטות על בסיס יומי - אלא אם מבקשים מפורשות. זה לא היה ברור בצ'ק אין וגם לא מתאים לרמה כזו של מלון ורמת מחיר.
