Not the worst, but probably would not stay there again
Pros:

Close to the Grand Canyon. Room was spacious.

Cons:

They were in the process of remodeling. Very loud, dusty. Our TV did not work. Could not hook up our PS5 due to it not being a smart TV.

Hervorragendes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Das ganze Personal war extrem freundlich (Rezeption und Restaurant). Das Restaurant war sehr gut mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kostenlose Parkplätze und sehr einladender Empfangsbereich. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

mala experiencia con la administracion del hotel

Nada, porque no lo pude conocer

Cons:

primero la mala comunicación y segundo la decisión del hotel. EL hotel estaba en reformas eso lo sabía pero en ningún momento me informaron que no me iba a hospedar alli sino en otro hotel del grupo. En principio accedimos, pero cuando fuimos al otro que es del otro lado de la ruta, este hotel no era ni parecido al anterior y con instalaciones que no eran de mi agrado por lo tanto me tuve que ir pedir el reintegro y buscar otro hotel en la zona.

A very comfortable and modern rest after a long drive to really enjoy proximity to the gram canyon.
Pros:

It’s a very nice hotel. Rooms are modern, clean, spacious with super comfortable beds.
