We love going to stay in Cheltenham, the staff and team are the queens were great, and the breakfast was great
Unfortunately the rooms that we were given were very poor indeed. Our rooms overlooked all the hotel generators so the noise throughout the day and night was very loud. Also the radiators in the bathrooms unfortunately could not be turned off, so the rooms were uncomfortably hot, so consequently we could not get to sleep given the heat from the radiators and the fact we couldn’t open the window due to the noise.
Compounding this, the air conditioning was not working properly, so the rooms were unbearably hot
The location was perfect for visiting Cheltenham. Car parking.

Check in was good and the location was good.
Very stained pillow protectors we complained three times and nothing was done about them. It stated that our room would have air conditioning and it did Not work so the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I have written to the managing director of KE Hotels but although there was initial response the offer of compensation and all further communication was not forthcoming. For a 4* Hotel this is unacceptable. Spoilt wedding anniversary.
