Pros:

The breakfast, though expensive, was exceptionally good. I rarely eat much at breakfast but couldn't resist feasting like a King. The room itself was lovely too - light, spacious and the tables were nicely spaced out
The front of desk staff were really helpful. The room I had been given wasn't suitable for various reasons and I asked for it to be changed and they sorted it immediately without any fuss.

Cons:

I read that the rooms were sound proof. As a very light sleeper this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel above others. However, the sounds of air conditioning from outside and other rooms was so noisy so I sleep was a challenge.

The stay in this hotel was not worth the money I paid for the room.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

Cons:

The room was small, the view from the window was horrible. The service in the restaurant was exceptionally slow and the food was over priced.

Convenient location. Smart hotel but expensive.

Location. Helpful staff. Decor. Lovely shower gel etc.

Cons:

Disabled access. Being told that i could not use the door from the dining area into the garden when i was carrying drinks. I was told I had to use the steps and revolving door to go across the front of the hotel to get into the garden to join my party. As I am elderly with a dodgy hip I did not appreciate this order. No hand rail for getting out of the shower. Over priced coffee in a small cup.

I liked the situation of the hotel, helpful staff ,lovely sized room ,they do have lifts at the hotel which is very good

Cons:

The room was deluxe king which was nice however all evening and night you could hear a generator noise which kept us awake most of the night

Great hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Very comfortable clean room in excellent location for the jazz festival. Staff were all polite and efficient.
