Sehr freundlicher Empfang am Check-In, angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel und ein vielfältig bestücktes Frühstücksbuffet. Unser Zimmer war für 2 Personen und 1 Übernachtung völlig ausreichend und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Ein muffiger Geruch im Zimmer der auch durch gründliches Lüften nicht zu beseitigen war. Beim Frühstück wäre aufmerksam gewesen wenn das Personal auf die bevorstehende Schließung des Buffets hingewiesen hätte und nicht Glockenschlag 11:00 h dieses abgeräumt hätte. Die Zeit 11:00 h geht völlig in Ordnung, aber ein kurzer Hinweis 15 oder 20 Minuten vorher würde eine deutlich bessere Bewertung des Servicepersonals ergeben.

Ruhig - entspannt- modern- freundlich-klimatisiert
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes und trotzdem ruhiges, modernes Hotel, mitten im Zentrum, direkt hinter dem Bahnhof UND klimatisiert, in diesen Tagen ein großes Geschenk. Bequemes Bett, abends hatte die Bar noch geöffnet, auch um Fußball zu schauen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und leckeren Kaffee, perfekter Start in den Tag. Und das wichtigste: Superfreundliches Personal, die Service verstehen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank.
