Our GO TO hotel in Sidney
Pros:

Our go-to hotel in Sidney.
We had such a wonderful stay at the Emerald Isle. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed—the staff remembered my daughter, and our dog was recognized and treated with special amenities, which meant so much to us.

The rooms are generously sized and incredibly comfortable, with every in-room amenity you could need. One feature we especially loved when travelling as a family was having two sinks with mirrors outside the main washroom—so handy when getting everyone ready, especially with teenagers.

Breakfast was fresh and generous with an expansive offering, and we loved being so close to the waterfront walkway, along with the amazing local shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Farmer’s Daughter—we were lucky enough to catch their Wednesday fondue night and it was such a fun, delicious experience.

I was also excited to learn the hotel has a co-working space attached. It’s an incredible space and allowed me to get some work done away from my family, which was a huge bonus.

It was cold and icy in the mornings during our stay, and the maintenance team took excellent care of the outdoor walkways and parking lot, which we really appreciated.

We’re already looking forward to coming back.

I would definitely stay at this Best Western again. Excellent experience.
Pros:

Location is excellent! Two separate sinks and mirrors were great for two women sharing a room! Self-serve continental breakfast was perfect... lots of options.

Cons:

For the most part it was great. Bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner, but other than that, the room was excellent.
