Breakfast is poorly prepare and did not restack food every day!

This property was a few blocks from the venue I was visiting with numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance. Everything was clean and neat. I felt safe and it was like being at home. I would recommend this property to everyone!

It is accesible to the places to visit.
It is a good location for eating areas.

We loved the old charm of the building and that it was so well kept. Would have liked easier check in, and to have a TV. But would stay again.

Location was good. Room was adequate. I would rate it a C+. The bed was not comfortable and very noisy, they advertise a continental breakfast but it is not. There is a coffee maker but it is usually not ready. One day there was pastries. The other days only 4 slices of bread with no butter or jelly, a waffle maker but no syrup or fruit. The price was very good.

perfect location, price, condition and size of the rooms. next time I am in philly I will stay here. it is literally an apartment set up like a hotel.

Very cute place to stay. Clean. Just bring a chrome cast to cast tv from your phone as there is no cable or antenna. There are also no was clothes but they do supply make up cleansing wipes.
Loved the privacy and the coffee/tea provided in the am.

Amazing place in a great neighborhood. Very clean and modern in an old building with lots of character. Secure. Very friendly staff. No complaints!

Midtown Suites was such a lovely, affordable, and convenient stay. It was very close to the main street shops and stores. There was a nice homey feel to the apartment with lots of little perks that I initially overlooked. There's complimentary breakfast, laundry on-site, a kitchenette with basic cooking items, smart tv with hulu and more, and attentive/responsive staff. The only downside is that there were no wash cloths in the room, but plenty of bath towels and hand towels. Overall great experience! Don't second guess it.

This property was very convenient to everything. Especially close to the concert we were attending Saturday night.

Location and rate was great, and the best thing about this property. Original property booked had 2 queen beds. Due to overbooking, was relocated to a different property where I was assured there would be a sofa bed that would be made up for us so both parties could have their own bed. I was disappointed upon arrival that not only was the sofa bed not made up for us, but there were no sheets for us to make it up for ourselves. We made the best of it. The kitchen is well appointed, but the oven appeared to be nonfunctional, and there was a slight smell of escaping gas from it. The table setting, while lovely, was for show, as the dishes on the table were dusty. The light fixture above the table with a ceiling fan was very dusty as well. The apartment is a combo of new and worn - the coffee table looks well-used, and the bathroom sink and fixtures are the dated but functional. That being said, the price point still makes this a good deal for a Philly visit!
