Da localização. O bonde T1 passa em frente ao hotel e nos leva diretamente à parte histórica. A compra do cartão de embarque é muito fácil. O hotel é bastante confortável e tem tudo próximo como farmácia e restaurantes. Os atendentes do café da manhã são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Há uma moça no café, não sei o nome dela, uma de cabelos pretos e alta, que estava sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Extremamente gentil.
Estou acostumada a viajar e sempre hospedar-me na rede Ramada, que sempre tem um café da manhã maravilhoso. Este Ramada decepcionou-me um pouco. Os ovos mexidos não eram gostosos e o café era muito fraco, poderia ser um pouco mais forte.
La ubicación es inmejorable, justo a lado de una parada de la línea 1 del tranvía (que es la que te lleva a las principales zonas a ver de la ciudad, y te deja también en Eminonu, lugar del que salen los principales barcos a las distintas ubicaciones) pero justo fuera de la zona del “mogollón”. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba muy limpia, y el desayuno contaba con una oferta gastronómica difícilmente mejorable, con opciones de comida local y también internacionales. Sin duda merece la pena coger el suplemento del desayuno. Si volvemos a Estambul sin duda repetiremos alojamiento.
Realmente no hemos encontrado nada negativo en nuestro alojamiento.

The staff were so friendly! They helped us and made our stay enjoyable. Samet and Fatima were especially helpful. We enjoyed it.

Location is perfect. This is approximately an hour by walk (if you fancy walking) to the Blue mosque and there is a tram opposite to the hotel. There are lots of food options around which are open even till midnight.
