Our experience at this hotel was honestly wonderful from beginning to end.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, the food was great, and the staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere made the stay feel very relaxing and enjoyable.

I especially want to give a huge thank you to the Front Office Manager, Semih Huni. Before check-in, I asked if there was any possibility to exchange the room because my fiancée and her mother were visiting for the first time, and I wanted their stay to feel special and comfortable. Without hesitation, and purely out of kindness, he noticed there was availability and upgraded their twin room to an executive room free of charge.

That gesture honestly elevated the entire experience for us. I was hoping to make their first visit memorable, and thanks to him, it became even more special than I expected. His professionalism, kindness, and generosity truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us.

I also want to sincerely thank Erguvan Natali for being extremely kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the stay, especially with helping them settle into the room and making sure everything was comfortable.

Every interaction with the hotel staff felt warm and genuine. Whether we were sitting in the lobby, asking for assistance, or ordering food and drinks, everyone treated us with kindness and respect.

Overall, this stay exceeded expectations and created beautiful memories for us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Pros:

This was my first time visiting Türkiye and also my first stay at this hotel, so naturally I was very nervous and anxious before arriving. But honestly, the experience turned out far better than I expected.

The location is excellent and very lively, surrounded by tourists, restaurants, trams, taxis, and everything you may need. Despite the busy area, the hotel itself felt comfortable, safe, clean, and well organized.

The rooms were always clean, room service was great, the food was very good, and overall everything during the stay went smoothly. Whenever I needed anything or had a question, the staff were immediately there to help with kindness and professionalism.

I especially want to thank Samet from the staff team. He was genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people during my stay. Very respectful, friendly, patient, and always willing to help with anything needed. He truly made the experience much easier and more comfortable for me, especially since it was my first time here.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Istanbul.
