The location is very good, the room is neat. Eddie was very welcoming and friendly
Staff were brilliant and went above and beyond!
Nothing!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore London on foot and by public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely went out of their way to help with anything we needed. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely gesture, but it didn't have any windows. When we asked to move back to the room we had originally booked, they arranged it immediately with no hassle. Their kindness and great service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The only disappointing part of our stay was an issue with Amazon deliveries. Before placing our order, we contacted the hotel to ask for the correct delivery address, but unfortunately we were given the wrong one. As a result, our packages were delivered to the wrong location and were ultimately lost, costing us a significant amount of money.
The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The service was only average, and they forgot to bring the juices we ordered. Considering the price, we think it's better to enjoy breakfast at one of the many lovely cafés nearby.
We spent 20 wonderful days at Holmes Hotel London, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, and the rooms are fully equipped with everything we needed. Staying with five young students, the entire hotel team made sure we all felt so welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. We created so many happy memories here!
Every single staff member we encountered—from the front desk and restaurant team to the housekeeping staff—was extraordinarily kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our long stay.
Iyden at the front desk and a lovely female receptionist (sorry I didn't catch her name!) both provided exceptionally thoughtful, professional, and reassuring service right from day one. After a long-haul flight, their kindness gave us so much warmth.
A special mention goes to the restaurant team—especially Glen, Shraddha, and Max—who were simply fantastic! Glen always greeted us with the warmest welcome, and we all absolutely loved his food. Shraddha was so deeply thoughtful and attentive to our every need; having her around was just wonderful. And Max was always so charming and friendly. He showed outstanding consideration and complete professionalism to everyone. The breakfast itself was magnificent, but this exceptional team is what made dining here so enjoyable.
On Ice Cream Day, they invited us over to enjoy some ice cream with them; how could anyone not love this team?
Thank you to the entire team at Holmes Hotel London for making our stay so incredible. While I wish I could name everyone, I am so grateful for how wonderfully we were looked after during our stay!
Super amazing stay. Next to train station, helpful staff. Checking in was quick and easy and very nice.
Fantastic service, unique rooms, great breakfast and friendly throughout. Big shout out to Hea and Grace who remember a face, make you welcome and I’ve also run business events at the Holmes and they give a good wow factor to guests for the food and private meeting rooms.
We had a fantastic stay at Holmes Hotel London. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the location is perfect for exploring the city while still feeling quiet and relaxing.
What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Hea and Rachel, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made a real difference and turned a great stay into a memorable one.
It's rare to come across such a dedicated team, and Hea and Rachel are a real credit to the hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will happily recommend Holmes Hotel to anyone visiting London. Five stars!
I wasn't happy with guest services. I requested early check-in months ago and even made sure the event planner was aware of the need to check in early, because of the time of the event. I followed up days before. Yet when I arrived my room wasn't ready because the previous guests were still in the room and they were given late checkout. As a result it caused alot of issues for me.
A well equipped hotel located minutes by the Baker Street tube station. Cozy room and very clean. Lovely neighborhood for a walk, shopping and good food, a bit away from the tourist crowd. Really like it will stay again next time for London.

We were greeted very warmly by Mr Mohib on check-in and he accommodated our room move very smoothly. I always enjoy my stays at Holmes Hotel and the friendly staff like this is what brings me back!
We had such a lovely stay at Holmes Hotel that we ended up extending our stay by another two days! I was travelling with my 10-year-old daughter and every member of staff made us feel so welcome.
A special thank you to the wonderful manager, Artemias , who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and to the lovely Hea at reception, who was always so friendly and incredibly helpful.
Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Holmes Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.
Exceptional staff! Super friendly and helpful!
The floor is super squeaky so it's impossible to walk to the restroom at night without waking up the rest of the room. Everything else was great.
This was such an incredible, bespoke and chic hotel experience.
We have found our new regular hotel in London!
The decor, vibe, atmosphere, location were all superb.
Magnificent public areas.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Looking forward to our next stay!
We stayed one night but our early AM Eurostar meant we skipped Breakfast. Good, clean rooms. V central location just off Baker Street, so excellent for central london access. The front desk was very helpful, printing out our travel docs even at 0200 in the morning.
The lights in the room were quite dim and we prefer brighter lighting. Also, the hotel couldnt give us a room till 5.30pm - they gave us 1 room but the 2nd took till 5.30pm so showering etc became an issue. The structure of the hotel is very maze like, given that it is constructed across several terrace properties in Chiltern Street. This means that there are 2 lifts depending on which floor you want to go to and frankly I did find this a bit confusing... Maybe the hotel was fully booked up but it did feel like they were a bit disorganized.
