Sehr nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage für einen Kurztrip gut geeignet. Zimmer komfortable, sauber und gute Betten.
Einziges kleines Manko, die Wände sind sehr dünn. Ganggespräche sind zu hören.
The pillows were awful so hard and another guest thought the same. Struggled to get any sleep
The complementary water in the room, the entire hotel decoration was lovely. Location is great and staff very friendly. Despite not having a breakfast buffet, the deal 'kids eat for free' was a great treat.
The hair dryer wasn't working in some plugs in the room, including bathroom. The elevator was rather slow.

Reception
Everything was perfect
The hotel was comfortable and the location was excellent. Other than the room temperature issue the hotel was and staff were very good. Would stay again if the aircon issue was resolved.
The room could not be cooled below 25degc, we were advised to turn the aircon off if we wanted it cooler. The window could not be opened. Reception said that we could raise the temp however lowering it was not possible. We were told that the all the hotel was at this temp so changing rooms was pointless.
Sleeping at night was not pleasant.
Very friendly staff. Great location close to Baker Street station. Delicious breakfast, a la carte, way too many calories, but varied enough to always try something new during a longer stay.
couch position made it difficult to enter the room, still good to be able to fit two adults and two kids. the fridge door wouldn't close easily.
