Nice hotel and location
Pros:

Location great and big room. Lovely building.

Cons:

Check in was a shambles and disappointing. I asked for early check in due to long haul flight. Dropped bags and was asked to come back at midday. I waited until 1pm. They said room was clean just after midday but waiting on manager to sign off. I overheard staff say to someone else they had a walk through with people so were not checking anyone in. Other in fact were being checked in within the time I waited. 3pm and still no check in. Staff had to manually check room. No communication nor apologies. Really disappointed.

Pros:

Hôtel et chambre très agréable. Le resto est également excellent et a une petite terrasse agréable.

Cons:

Clim/chauffage assez bruyant dans la chambre. On ne pouvait pas régler la hauteur de la pomme de douche.

Pros:

My stay at Holmes Hotel London was excellent. The hotel is well-maintained, spotless, and in a great location—well connected, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. Jaroslav at reception was particularly welcoming and even allowed us an early check-in. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delightful, with no buffet but a wide selection of dishes, and the bar service inside the restaurant was equally impressive. The rooms were spacious—rare for London—making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wouldn’t book again
Pros:

Location great

Cons:

Check in took too long not enough staff. Returned at 9:50pm from a wedding feeling peckish and enquired about room service at reception. Was told no problem just phone, tried several times no answer. Not acceptable for a hotel at this level

This hotel is a hit!
Pros:

Less than 5 minutes walk from the underground hub at Baker Street, The Holmes Hotel is centrally located with great access to everything! Step through the door on Chiltern Street you’ll immediately notice a welcoming aroma and friendly, interested and helpful staff - like Yarro (‘Mr Ukraine’) and Hea. The staff are pretty incredible in fact. It’s clear this is a modern, well thought out boutique style hotel that really does strive to make you feel at home. A sweet cart and free still or sparkling water are provided - and Holmes chocolates! The Sherlock Holmes theme is everywhere - including in the bedrooms. The bedroom I had was comfortable and well planned. Plenty of storage, good blackout curtains, an excellent sofa (bed), a fridge, safe, Nespresso machine and a great, large rain shower. It faced a quiet mews/back area but rooms at the front can might be noisier. One slight minus - the television was a good size, but not really user friendly and had no proper TV guide to list the full schedule of programming. The remote only worked from in front of the TV (not from the sofa to one side). In the corridors there’s more memorabilia and also in the spacious, comfortable public areas. One corridor has pictures of all actors who had played Sherlock Holmes. It all added to the ambience with smooth radio playing softly in the background.

Breakfast is fantastic with big choice - served, not buffet style. The chefs are great. The various eggs Benedict’s were a hit with my group, as was the avocado with poaced egg (with perfectly poaced eggs). And the coffee was rated too. The staff are all attentive and observant. You’ll possibly meet Shraddha who deserves a mention - helpful with a genuine, warm smile.

Kitchen restaurant and the Bar add to the same welcoming atmosphere with well prepared and presented quality food in both. It was noticeable that the staff worked as a team and clearly liked being part of the team.

Radisson have got a winning formula with the Holmes! You get added value for your money. Definitely would enjoy another stay.

Excellent hotel and fabulous staff
Pros:

The hotel is is an excellent location so near to the station. As soon as I arrived I felt so welcome. Grace on reception was wonderful and had me laughing from the moment I sat down, from then on all of the staff treated me like an old friend. They have an amazing sweets laboratory next to the reception which is dangerous for someone on a diet. The room was so comfy and perfectly fitted my needs. Holme will be my home in London from now on.

Absolutely exceptional in pretty much every respect and is now our go to when in town
Pros:

Every single member of the hotel team we dealt with were the most impressive I have experienced, mainly as it wasn’t just one exceptional member of staff, but the whole team working together seamlessly - outstanding!

Cons:

The breakfast, whilst delicious, with again exceptional servers focussed on guest experience, the cost represented quite poor value
