Pros:

Top hotel - quite luxurious, within Marleybone area - fabulous location.

Cons:

After a concert managed to get back to the hotel around 11.30pm, guests still in bar and lounge but we were told the bar had now closed, bit disappointing.

Fabulous - real find. We’ll be back!
Pros:

Quick, professional and warm check in. Fast response to bring extra hangers & pillows. Friendly staff. Delightful decor. Smells divine - what is the air freshener? Lovely bathroom & power shower. And so much more!

The beds were a little firm - would benefit from a topper

L’accueil par Yaroslav a été très professionnel et très sympathique et notre petit fils aime beaucoup son yo-yo et sa peluche . Merci beaucoup

Les chambres sont confortables et propres et la literie est très bien.

Ideal location and well trained staff
Pros:

Holmes Hotel is in the perfect location next to Baker Street Station and Oxford Street. Everything you need is on your doorstep. But it is the staff who really made our stay special. Everyone in the reception was so friendly and helpful, especially Rachel and Jeet.

Great friendly staff with a wonderful attitude - I would definitely go back!
Pros:

There are many good things about this hotel – the location, the proximity to public transport, proximity to good shopping, etc. etc. but for me the highlight of this hotel is its people. I want to give a shout out to Hea and Jeet and Jaroslav whose warm and welcoming attitude really made a big difference in the overall experience. They are super professional, but also very willing to help with problem-solving and finding solutions. They also display a level of flexibility and willingness to listen to issues. Excellent attitude, which should be rewarded.
