Déçue pour votre classement 4*
Cons:

Staff were not very courteous or welcoming. However room was great and perfect location for concert
Pros:

Location, cleanliness

Cons:

We checked in at 10pm at night on the 07th August, the staff at check-in was rude and the lady at the bar was also rude when we wanted to buy some water after a long day of travel.

The gentleman at front desk on the night of 9th August was very friendly and helpful.
