Convenabil și facil
Pros:

Locația, curățenia, păstrarea bagajelor înaintea intrării în cameră. Hotelul este în fața stației de metrou și foarte aproape de alte mijloace de transport în comun.

Cons:

The staff near the coffee were not very helpful I felt. We asked for a coffee and we got ripped off for 3.5 Euro with very little coffee. Was very disappointed with rude tone.

El hotel es cómodo, limpio y bien insonorizado. Tiene línea de metro a la puerta del hotel, dado que del centro está a media hora andando . El personal está dispuesto a ayudar y es muy amable

Cons:

La política de Novotel ofertando desayuno gratis para menores de 16 años hace que sus instalaciones se conviertan en una guardería llena de gritos. Nada que objetar, pero aleja y mucho de este hotel a quienes viajan sin menores

1. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and the sofa bed i can feel the springs on my back
2. They have AC but does not cool down the temp. When I called them they say it is max, we ended up sweating all the time. We even opened the windows even tho it is summer
3. Also not very clear we found spiders and once the cleaner forgot their juice inside.

Freundliches Personal, gute Metroanbindung, abgewohnte Zimmer, harte Betten, Familienzimmer klein
Pros:

Die Anreise vom Bahnhof zum Hotel war mit Uber in etwa 25 Minuten unkompliziert. Besonders praktisch ist die direkte Lage an einer Metrostation. Check-in und Personal waren durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Positiv fanden wir auch den Wasserspender im Rezeptionsbereich, gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen in Paris. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber und auch das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel bzw. unser Zimmer wirkt leider schon deutlich abgewohnt. Es gab einige sichtbare Schäden an Marmor, Holzoberflächen und Möbeln, außerdem war bereits die Glasscheibe der Eingangstüre Hoteileingang beschädigt. Für eine Familie war das Zimmer sehr eng. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack deutlich zu hart, nach zwei Nächten hatten wir alle Rückenschmerzen. In den Fluren war außerdem ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar, vermutlich vom Teppichboden.

Das Frühstück fanden wir eher mittelmäßig. Die Auswahl an Wurst sowie gesunden Alternativen war überschaubar, die Eier kann man sich selbst zubereiten.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Metroanbindung durchaus in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Paris-Aufenthalt würden wir es jedoch nicht wählen, da viele der klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten doch etwas entfernt liegen. Wer allerdings ein Konzert oder eine Veranstaltung in der unmittelbar angrenzenden Arena besucht, hat hier einen klaren Standortvorteil.
