La plus part du personnel était très désagréables sauf Osmann à la réception et Davidau restaurant

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le Personnel , les chambres étaient petites et très bruyantes, le linge de toilette «  puait » la cigarette ce qui est très désagréable lorsque vous êtes non fumeur!
Le petit déjeuner était juste catastrophique, nous devions boire notre thé dans un gobelet en plastique , j’ai demandé une tasse ce qui m’a été refusé ( même en allant me plaindre à la réception je n’ai pas pu accéder à ma demande!)

Hôtel plus que moyen , avec un personnel très peu aimable on a l’impression de les déranger

Cons:

Le personnel était presque odieux sauf osmann à la réception et David au restaurant.
Le petit déjeuner était servi avec des gobelets en carton , j’ai demandé une tasse ce qui m’a été refusé même en allant la demander à la réception.
Le linge de lit sent très fort la cigarette , et l’hôtel est très bruyant

Zona este bună, aproape de atracțiile turistice

Cons:

Parcarea a fost pe strada, în fața hotelului și neamenajată., apare ca este inclusă în preț dar costă 20€ pe noapte. Camera a fost murdară, geamurile subțiri, se auzea totul din stradă. Mâncarea mediocră, același meniu în fiecare dimineață, cafeaua execrabilă.

Добрый день! Номер отличный учитывая что цена не завышена, а приемлемая для любого жителя! В стоимость входит завтраки что очень удобно , ты проснулся спустился и покушал 👍 Персонал, очень отзывчивые люди , каждый прекрасно выполняет свою функцию. Уборку делают каждый день. Отель находится в отличном месте , все доступно, все рядом. Номера с кондиционером и в прохладный период есть подача теплоты , горячая вода работала без проблем и перебоев ,все необходимое для время прохождения есть . Удобно что их Отель можно бронировать, а оплата на месте. Поскольку для большинства людей не имеющий иностранной карты проблематично. Ребята на Баре угощали чаем и кофе , все как в Турции 🫰 в плане отношения к людям у них это на высоте ✨️💫🇹🇷 Я очень рада что остановились в этом отеле, поскольку есть места которые портят дальнейший отдых, у нас этого не было . Вся семья была довольна, и мы здорово провели время в таком старинном городе Стамбул 🫰♾️💜💫🇹🇷
