Cons:

For our four-night stay at Sunlight Hotel, we were given a room that did not resemble the photos on Booking.com.

The room was extremely small. There was no space for a second bedside table or reading light, the wardrobe door could only be opened about 15 cm because the bed blocked it, and there was no room for luggage. The bathroom sink was no more than 20 cm deep, making even simple tasks such as brushing your teeth or washing your face unnecessarily difficult.

If you park on the street, you are required to leave your car keys at reception; otherwise, you are told to park elsewhere. Although I contacted the hotel before booking to ask specifically about parking, there was no mention that valet parking was mandatory.

The most disappointing part was the hotel's response when we asked to change rooms. As the manager was unavailable, the receptionist assured us that our request would be forwarded. However, we never received any follow-up from the hotel management. There was no response whatsoever—our request was simply ignored

Très mauvais.
Cons:

- Les lits inconfortable (matelas, coussins, ...)
- La douche pas du tout pratique en ce qui concerne les jets d'eau.
- Nous avions un mini frigo à la place de la table de chevet.
- un frigo vide et pas branché dans la garde robe.
- le petit déjeuner... nous avons essayé le premier jour, le café est infecte.
- la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas a cause de l'armoire.

C'est la 6ème fois que je vais à Istanbul, je sais que certains hôtel ne sont pas terrible mais celui-ci était le pire que j'ai vu, il mérite 1 seule étoile.
Je le déconseille à tous le monde.

Am rezervat camera tripla si am primit o camera dubla si nu doar noua ne au facut asa si altor prieteni ajunsi cu 2 zile mai devreme la fel au patit abia aveai loc sa te misti prima noapte dupa ne au schimbat, mizerie in camera si baie, mic dejun cu apa, suc, cay si cafea cu miros de clor … nu recomand!

Pros:

El personal del hotel SÚPER amables y atentos.
Muy buena ubicación para todos los monumentos (Santa Sofía, Mezquita, Palacio Topkapi, Gran Bazar)…todo a 15 min andando (una maravilla).
Y el tranvía T1 a 5 min para llevarte al puerto y a la torre Galata

El desayuno es flojito. Poca variedad de productos pero muy ricos

Amazing location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Would definitely visit again
Pros:

The property was very well located with quick walks to the blue mosque, hagia sophia and other local attractions. The room with the double bed was congested but the one with twin beds were decent in size

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms was very dim, other than that there werent any issues at all

Πέρασα δυο όμορφες ημέρες στην Κωσταντινούπολη!! Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από την φιλοξενία του ξενοδοχείου. Όλα τα παιδιά που εργάζονται εκεί είναι άριστοι επαγγελματίες! Βολικό και το πάρκινγκ, καθώς μόλις φτάσεις απλά παίρνεις τα πράγματα σου και αφήνεις το αυτοκίνητο στον
παρκαδόρο. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών βρίσκεται η στάση του τράμ, το οποίο περνάει από το ιστορικό κέντρο και σε πέντε λεπτά είναι στην περιοχή της γέφυρας του Γαλατά, αφού έχει περάσει πρώτα από την Αγία Σοφία και μπλε Τζαμί. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει και ένα πολύ ωραίο εστιατόριο! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστώ όλους σας!,Φιλιά από Ελλάδα!

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité de nombreux lieux incontournables d'Istanbul, avec un arrêt de tram juste à côté, ce qui facilite tous les déplacements.

Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec un choix varié pour bien commencer la journée.

Un grand merci au personnel, et tout particulièrement à Umut, qui s'est très bien occupé de nous. Il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et s'est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour, toujours prêt à nous aider avec le sourire. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !
