It’s a very lovely and nice stay . The place is very well appointed and the service is top notched .
Pros:

It has a very attractive facade and entrance especially when it’s brightly lit in the evening .The location is second to none .

Cons:

The 5% discretionary service charge does not gel well with the price that has been advertised and paid for . They should either add it into the advertised price at inception or not at all .

Zentral gelegen und das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, und für das was es bietet leider sehr teuer. Kein Wow-effekt oder erwähnenswertes. Würden das nächste mal definitiv ein anderes Hotel vorziehen..

We felt very well cared for in lovely surroundings.
Pros:

Excellent location, central but in a quiet side street. The hotel is beautifully fitted and the staff were very helpful. Also breakfast was excellent.

Lovely location but facilities were lacking in relation to the cost
Pros:

The location was great. Tube stations were easily accessible and easy to get to after finishing the marathon.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable and rooms were very small. I asked for an earlier breakfast due to running the marathon and the take away breakfast was not suitable, mainly consisting of pastrys and muffins rather than something suitable. The concierge was very helpful and bough through protein snacks

Overall very good. Continental breakfast excellent apart from the lack of a toaster which would have been good

Friendly and personal. Not one of those larger hotels where you just feel like another guest

Cons:

Our room was 604 where there was enviously work going on outside as bag of tools which moved during our 2 day stay. Apart from this the room was good. Plastic flowers on hotel entrance look horrendous as they have aged snd colours look tired. Sone fresh plant pots would look so much better. Could do either a toaster for the continental breakfast.

Wonderful staff! Great check-in experience. Very clean rooms and a beautiful, beautiful space. Location was a 10—easily accessible to London's main attractions.
