Make sure you ask if your room is above a wedding party

The spa facilities although they could do with a refresh

Cons:

On arrival we were advised we had received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room. However it turns out we were placed in a room directly above a wedding disco. Extremely loud music was played until gone 11.30. the manager was extremely unhelpful when we complained and we were totally fobbed off. The room was also very worn with coffee stains and other marks all over the walls.
The spa facilities although lovely are really overdue a refresh and a good deep clean

Lovely hotel on the seafront . Very clean and very modern . Lovely walk in shower . The hotel room was very hot but otherwise cannot fault .

A comfortable stay but a little out of town and staff a bit sniffy.
Pros:

Lovely venue a bit of a walk to the town. Plenty of parking and the town was easy enough to park too.

Cons:

The staff were a bit off when we first arrived. We were a little early to book in (30 minutes) but the staff could have directed us to the bar for a coffee and offer to store our bags but didn’t.
Obviously first impressions are crucial.

Die Zimmer waren super, das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich war eine Katastrophe. Erstmal war er schwer zu finden, nicht gut ausgeschildert und sehr verwinkelt. Der Pool war ok. Der Saunabereich war ekelig, alles dreckig und schimmelig. Die Duschen waren baufällig und schimmelig. Der Saunabereich müsste gesperrt werden. Der Fitnessbereich war ok.

Wonderful stay and would definitely return again.
Pros:

Excellent location and views. Hotel beautifully maintained. The staff were very friendly and attentive to please the guests. Fantastic restaurant menu and provide a wonderful breakfast and choice.

A very pleasant night at the hotel in an airy room
Pros:

We were given a bright room with a side view of the golf course and sea, very nice. A big bathroom and a couch to flop on and watch tv.

Cons:

Wallpaper a bit tired and shower needed tightening as flopped forward.

Pros:

So many positives. Extremely attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
I was delighted to be upgraded to a super room on the ground floor, which was great for my dodgy ankles 😉
I loved the pool. Really easy access and a great water temperature.
The food was excellent. I have stayed before and if anything the quality and variety was even better.
Thank you so much fir making my short stay so special.

Cons:

I thinknitvwas probably me, but I struggled with the shower controls. Maybe some sort of indication as to which one adjusts temperature etc.
