I showed up mid day on a very bad work day that I had hurt my back and the very kind lady gave me a special rate on a Jacuzzi room so I could soak to feel better so I could get a great night's sleep... I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout out... Thank you very much

Decent enough
Pros:

I stayed here for the Queensferry Renaissance Festival which is less than 5 minutes away. Convenient free breakfast, clean sheets, great water pressure in the shower

Cons:

The mattress wasn't the most supportive, pillows were far too soft. Saw a nice long trail of ants whilst having breakfast by the window. Small TV for 2026

Choose another hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was good, a mix of hot and cold. The dining area was clean.
Beds were clean with good mattresses.
Towels, sink, and shower were clean.

Cons:

I never give a bad review. If I have something bad to say, I don't review it.
But for the nearly $200 price, we got a dirty room with broken lamps! The carpet was dirty and stained. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom. I tried to plug in my devices to the lamp outlets; all 4 outlets were broken.
The hallways felt dirty.
This was not an HIE as I hv EVER known one , but they charged the same higher price. Not worth it.
I truly wish we had travelled the extra hour to my other option!!

Beaucoup trop cher et mal insonorisé !

Le tarif juste exorbitant pour les services et la qualité proposé ! Nous avons eu des hôtels équivalents moitié moins cher !
La propreté était moyenne, poussières, taches sur la moquettes, les draps et les couvertures.
Les fenêtres étaient très sales.
L’hôtel est très vieillissant et a besoin d’un bon coup de jeune et de propre.
Le petit déjeuner était basique, encore une fois en rapport avec le prix !
Le pire c’est l’insonorisation, catastrophique !
La porte de la chambre avait un jour où on on pouvait passer la main dessous donc tout les bruits de couloir passaient !
Nous avions une chambre communicante et on entendant absolument tout à côté, plus que désagréable et vraiment pas normal !
