Staff we wonderful
Food was awful, room had musty smell, bathroom floor had a previous flood and all swollen laminate on the floor with a smell, hallways had musty smell. We ended up canceling the reservation because it was not good. But we still got a penalty. Can this penalty be refunded back to us?

El calor en la habitación es insoportable y te dicen q por temas de ahorro de energía no es permitido bajar más la temperatura, te dicen q abras la ventana y el ruido es impresionante toda la noche, no te ofrecen ni ventilador. Además es un hotel oscuro , en la ducha escasamente cabe uno . El desayuno muyyy regular . Si prendes el secador de pelo se disparan los brakes y muchas falencias más. Nos cayeron tres cuadros sobre la cama q afortunadamente no nos pegaron pq ya nos habíamos levantado o sino la historia sería otra

The location was very convenient for the old part of town.There was a parking with charge but you can go all over Lecce on foot . It's not easy to find a parking place in Lecce so having a place in the hotel garage is an asset.Breakfast is quite nice and personnel very helpful.
The hotel needs to remove the moquette from the floor and replace with tiles or wood cause it can never be as clean as it should. Also soundproofing needs to be improved somehow.
