Lovely staff onsite parking great location breakfast was very good

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable - they really need updating. They were doing work I. The hotel and there was no not water when I needed to shower I called reception and they said they would send a technician but nobody came so I ended up having a very cold wash down and then there was no water!! If they had pre-warned us about the work we could have timed our showers accordingly. Then when i complained in reception as compensation I was offered a coffee or something from the bar!! Very insulting - so we left..!!

Was die Zufriedenheit etwas dämpft, war lediglich die Hellhörigkeit. Jedes Geräusch im Nebenzimmer und Flur wurde wahrgenommen. B

Good central hotel with parking
Pros:

The hotel is a 20 min walk from the old town, located on a main street full of shops, restaurants and bars, and has a fairly large underground parking lot. Our room was spacious and bright during the day, but at night all the light sources gave a blinding light that I couldn't really read by. The heating is good during winter, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Wifi works well. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Complimentary water in the room. Breakfast is quite good with many options, coffee not great.

Solidny hotel sieciowy nie daleko starego miasta
Pros:

Standardowy, spory hotel sieciowy Mercure na przywoitym poziomie. Odległość do starego miasta ok 10 min. Zapewnione wszystkie standardowe udogodnienia. Miłe że wymeldowanie dopiero w południe.

Cons:

W nocy było zimno a żadnego ogrzewania nie było (styczeń). Jest system klimatyzacyjny ale nie działał.
W łazience poprzez otwór wentylacyjny zapewniona pełna słyszalność każdego ruchu w łazience obok.

Camera ampia, bagno ampio, posizione davvero comoda per andare al centro di Lecce. Gentilezza del personale. Possibilità di avere ristorante e cena.

Cons:

Colazione da migliorare, a mio giudizio.
Le finestre della camera sono schermate da una sorta di "persiana" in acciaio, che costituisce un abbellimento architettonico.
Bagno non perfettamente isolato acusticamente.
