Pros:

Colazione super! Staff cortese e professionale. La posizione è perfetta essendo in centro città e in quei giorni si riusciva a parcheggiare anche nei pressi della struttura.

O hotel não tem acústica suficiente..
A gente ouvia tudo os vizinhos dos quartos conversavam.
A Tv dos outros quartos parecia que estava no meu ouvido..
começamos a bater nas paredes pra eles desligarem a Tv..
o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar .
Muito ruim.
E a limpeza também não estava boa.

Wonderful staff, but breakfast could be better
Pros:

We had a good stay at Mercure President Lecce. The staff was definitely the highlight of our visit, especially Vito, who was incredibly kind and a true professional.

Cons:

The breakfast has room for improvement and could be better.

Pros:

very kind and helpful personnel and specially the receptionist and the assistant in the garage
the location is very good. near everything and in an interesting neighborhood
the parking under the hotel very convenient(with charge)
the lobby of the hotel spacy and the bar
the breakfast was really good (there was everything a normal person nèeds) and the waiters there very caring!
the air condition in the room was adjustable

no erlectric socket by the bed (room 512)
not enough hangers in the closet
not bedside light for the left side (only one)
not enough water pressure for the shower
