Buen hotel, mal servicio.
Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena. La habitación muy grande. El personal del desayuno super amable y el desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

El baño es enorme pero tan mal diseñado que no tenes donde apoyar las cosas. El servicio de limpieza no lavo el vaso que dejamos con un poco de vino, lo que me deja la pregunta de cuanto limpiaron. El personal del check in muy malo. El trato no fue bueno nunca. Reservamos el estacionamiento pero nos tuvieron esperando mas de 10 mimutos en la calle sin dejar entrarnos (nadie contestaba el timbre) cuando fui al desk de checkin a pedir si nos abrian, la chica que me habia hecho el checkin y no estaba haciendo nada, me dijo que tenia que esperar a su compañero. Luego su compañero a pesar de ser pasajera del hotel, tener la reserva del parking y haberlo pagado me hizo mil preguntas antes de apretar un simple boton para abrir el porton. El hotel es lindo, las habitaciones muy enormes pero el servicio malisimo.

Nice breakfast buffet.
Friendly staff.

Parking garage is a bit messy with cars blocking you, although staff is quick to assist.

החדר שודרג מבלי שביקשנו והיה מרווח מאד. החדר היה נקי מאד, מגבות הוחלפו מיידי יום.

Typical city hotel, perfectly acceptable, minor irritations but would stay again.
Pros:

Big bed, clean, fresh bedding. Room big. Drawer and hanging space. A kettle!
Good location.
Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Sound proofing is poor, can hear shower, loo and conversation next door.
Soap dispensers located in very bad places in both shower cubicle and sink.
Bathroom Floor tiles (loose)
Bar shuts around 10.30pm
Outside space would have been lovely.
