Service was excellent, the rooms were large and well appointed. Breakfast and service was probably the best we have had on our trip so far.
We had a problem with our safe, within 2 mins they had someone up to replace the batteries which worked for a while. It didn’t work again the next day and within 5 mins they replaced the safe !
We used I third pillow from the cupboard on the bed and when they noticed it they gave us a fourth! Fantastic service thank you.
It was a little grey and business like at first but couldn’t rate it highly enough.

In der Nähe vom Strand gelegen. 15 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Cadiz. Sehr freundlicher Empfang (Teresa). Sehr freundliche Service-Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück (Mario). Guter Kaffee, gutes Gebäck. Schönes Fitnesscenter mit tollen Geräten.
Der Safe ist sehr klein. Man kann keinen Laptop hinein geben. Qualität beim Joghurt und bei den Säften könnte besser sein. Keine tolle Aussicht. Schade, dass obwohl das gesamte Hotel sehr, sehr sauber ist, in der Badewanne Schimmel war.
