Had a lovely time. Will be back.
Pros:

Room 222 was fabulous. Catered for husband with mobility issues. So central. Reception staff and bar staff very courteous.

Cons:

Both lifts were broken when we came back at night.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger mycket centralt och det var nära till flygbussens hållplats. Bufféfrukost.

Cons:

Hotellet skulle vara fyrstjärnigt men det når de inte upp till.

Rummen var slitna och möblerna nedgångna och skamfilade. Vi hade önskat tysta rum och det fick vi. Tyvärr var då utsikten mycket tråkig, mot en ful bakgård respektive en vägg. Vistelsen var därmed inte prisvärd.

When in Glasgow again, I'll be staying here.
Pros:

Location outstanding, bang in the middle of Glasgow. Room enormous and very comfortable. Unfortunately didn't have time for breakfast.

Pros:

Il letto era il più comodo in cui abbia mai dormito. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile nel soddisfare le mie richieste. All’arrivo in camera ho addirittura trovato come omaggi un kit di cucito e dei cioccolatini. Consigliatissimo!

Amazing location
Pros:

Room was comfy,great location

Cons:

Being woke up at 8am from a very noisy pneumatic drill from the building site. I had payed a higher rate for city views but unfortunately George Square is getting a makeover so not a great view
