MY STAY
Pros:

We loved it ending up with the Executive suite 😊 lovely big room, well equipped with iron, hairdryer, ironing board Lovely big bathroom, bath + Shower. view of George square. Lovely breakfast. Hotel so central queen Street station next door... perfect location.

Cons:

Would maybe think of a little upgrade.

Excellent stay. Would heartily recommend.
Pros:

The room was spacious and warm. The bed was comfortable and we slept well during our stay. Tea & coffee making facilities were available in the room. The bathroom was beautiful & spotless. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast, both in terms of continental and cooked breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we sought help. All in all it was a very pleasant stay indeed.

Cons:

Staff weren’t always immediately on hand when needed, e.g. at reception or in the bar.

Very central, next door to train station and overlooking George Square, in the centre of Glasgow.
The hotel must have been grand in the past, but it is rather "tired" now.
Still, it is comfortable, clean and so central for a visit to the city centre.

Cons:

Tired and slightly ran down, but still comfortable, clean and great value for money.

Very good and very clean
Cons:

For the value of the room yes very good. I do find being an older person. Sometimes find it difficult getting in and out of baths as I have slipped and fell out of the bath. Nice to see but not so good for me. And it wasn't one of your hotels so no props.

A lovely night away in a central location 😊
Pros:

Perfect for us due to the room size, layout and location. The gentleman who checked us in and out was especially helpful.

Cons:

Only thing which slightly spoiled our stay was a lot of road noise. Obviously though that isn’t the fault of the Hotel and couldn’t be helped.
