Just the perfect Glasgow City Centre hotel.
Pros:

Very spacious room, private room. Bed very confortable. Lovely having a bath. The proximity to Queen Street station makes it very practical for the single traveller in the city centre. Staff are very professional, friendly and always unfailingly do their best to help. For me just the perfect hotel!

Cons:

Everything was just perfect.

Finely situated hotel with few drawbacks.
Pros:

All staff were in good spirits and the hotel felt familiarly good.

Cons:

Hot water very slow to arrive for the bathroom facilities on the fourth (top) floor which surely offset the environmental credentials the hotel aspired to such as customer re-use of towels. Audible maintenence work at 8am on the roof may have woken some customers. In addition roadworks directly outside though hardly audible detractes from urban picturesque views.
