The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Old Town. With Vilnius already being a small city, you can practically walk everywhere within a few minutes from the hotel. The staff are also very nice and helpful, and they made us feel very welcomed from the moment we stepped in. Generally everything was very clean and well kept. The spa area was closed and under renovation, but I appreciated that the hotel e-mailed us about this before we arrived.
The bathroom was quite small, which meant that the floor got flooded each time we took a shower. Housekeeping only changed our towels once. The internet was also a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a major issue. The parking outside of the hotel costs 96 euros per day which is the highest I have ever heard in all my travels. This is obviously not the hotel's responsibility, as it is city parking, but it's something to keep in mind. We parked about 7 minutes away at the roof of a food market, and it costed about 35 euros per 24 hours, which I thought was fair.

The room was smaller than we were anticipating
Ich war beruflich und alleinreisend im Radisson Collection Astorija Hotel und habe mich bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Aufenthalt war durchweg professionell und angenehm.
Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an Olga sowie die Roberta und Chef Renald im Restaurant. Das gesamte Team war nicht nur außerordentlich kompetent, sondern auch jederzeit hilfsbereit – genau das, was man braucht, wenn man Termine hat und einen reibungslosen Ablauf schätzt.
Besonders die Hilfsbereitschaft bei meinen Anliegen hat mich beeindruckt. Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit werden hier wirklich gelebt. Ich werde bei meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise definitiv wieder hier übernachten!
