Puiki vieta ir mielas viesbutis.
Pros:

Vieta puiki, grazus kambarys. Skanus maistas. Labai maloni darbuotoja registraturoje.

Cons:

Labai prastai dirbama pusryciu metu. Indu nenurenka, neinformuoja apie tai, kad galima issirinkti patiekala is meniu. Taip pat vonios svara buvo pusetina.

Excelente localização, muito central.
Hotel muito confortável, cama excelente e quarto com muito boa área.
O pequeno almoço era muito muito bom.

Cons:

Houve um engano na conta e cobram-me 80€ a mais. Depois de reclamar algumas vezes, assumiram o erro e devolveram o valor, mas deveriam ter sido mais rápidos. Foi necessário insistir um pouco.

Superb in every respect
Pros:

Room was amazing, large, characterful and with a wonderful view over the church and square. Breakfast choices were superb. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and would highly recommend.

Cons:

Everything was excellent, there was nothing I could fault ( and I am picky 🤣)

Le petit déjeuner était excellent

Cons:

Le personnel a la réception est très très désagréable. On nous a fait payer 4 nuitées pour deux nuitées réelles bien qu on ait averti a l avance de l annulation de notre première nuitée. Mais le pire a notre arrivée on nous a informé qu on avait deux chambres réservées au lieu d une. Et après discussion on nous a dis que le problème est réglé et qu on n avait qu une chambre à payer. Le lendemain a la réception une autre personne nous a confirmés que le problème est réglé et qu on n'avait qu une chambre. Au check out le langage a changé et on nous facturé 4 nuits l une pour laquelle on n est pas venu en raison de l annulation de notre vol et la deuxième nuitée pour une deuxième supposée chambre qu on n a jamais réservé. Plus jamais le Radisson collection. Très mauvaise expérience. Une vraie arnaque et mensonges. Près de 1000 euros pour 2 nuits.

Zeer mooi hotel op top locatie, parking is wel een probleem
Pros:

Perfecte locatie in Vilnius old town. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamer met zeer groot en comfortabel bed.

Cons:

Het hotel kan hier niets aan doen maar 4 euro per uur parkeerkosten (dag en nacht) maakt een verblijf van enkele dagen hier absurd duur. Ze helpen je op verzoek wel een goedkopere parking vinden op 10 minuten wandelen. De checkout duurde veel te lang.
