It’s a wonderful hotel—beautiful, with a very convenient location and top-notch service. I also really loved the bed linens, the mattress, and the pillows - they made everything so comfortable!

We carefully researched where to celebrate our wedding anniversary and decided to stay at the Radisson Collection Astorija Hotel. It turned out to be the perfect choice, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
The hotel staff were aware that we were celebrating a special occasion, and we were welcomed with a wonderful surprise waiting for us in our room. A heartfelt thank you for such a thoughtful gesture—it made our anniversary even more memorable.
Our room was absolutely fantastic. The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything feels fresh, elegant, and luxurious. The interior design is beautiful, tasteful, and sophisticated, and the hotel has a lovely signature fragrance that creates a truly premium atmosphere.
The spa and fitness area are also brand new and were a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay here. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is located right in the heart of the Old Town. This means paid parking and lively evenings with music, crowds, and nearby nightlife. However, the room's soundproofing is excellent—once the windows and curtains are closed, the room becomes peaceful and quiet.
We had an unforgettable stay and would happily return.

We had a lovely stay at the Radisson Collection Astorija Hotel Vilnius.
The location is fantastic, with an easy walk to the city’s main attractions and the heart of the Old Town. Our room also had a beautiful view overlooking the Church of St. Casimir, which was a lovely feature. As our room faced the street, we did hear some noise from maintenance vehicles outside, but it was only a minor downside.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We accidentally left some belongings behind after checking out, and the team went above and beyond by carefully packing everything and helping coordinate with the courier that we arranged. We were incredibly grateful for their kindness and assistance.
The only disappointment was that the spa, sauna, and main gym were closed for maintenance during our visit. As we were travelling in the middle of winter, we had been looking forward to using these facilities after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful rooms, and outstanding customer service.
The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and the breakfast excellent.
The hotel was at the wrong end of the city for the major sites and the pick up point for sight seeing tours. But having said that the restaurants nearby were better than the ones down town.

For the most part, this hotel met the 5* regimen, but there is no avail. parking. Friendly staff, espec. Receptionist, Pan Anton and Concierge, Pan Christopher. Considering this Radisson states 'early check in', such was not the case and were made to wait until the room was made avail.
Rooms are clean, spacious and the spa had a nice attractive atmosphere albeit a small pool, but one is able to do exercise in.
Beautiful hotel and great location, but payed extra for a balcony view and ended up suffering for it. Fridays and Saturdays it seems a restaurant across the street blasts party music late evening until 2 am and everything can be heard through the closed doors/windows. To make things worse restaurant did not stop the music at closing time, and we were left sleepless until 2.30am while they finally settled down and the crowds dispersed. Considered asking for new room but packing everything up at 1am would have been just as frustrating. Then at check out we had to wait 20 minutes to check out because their computers were freezing up and only one staff member was available to do all the checkouts.
