Bad breakfast, pool closes too early, overcrowded and nasty pool area, lack of information by staff

Check in was nice but no information was given like the wifi password, breakfast time, or pool operation hours. More info. would've been helpful.

Cons:

Crowded pool area, dirty water, too many kids in hot tub, pool closes at 7:30pm for kids and 9pm for adults which is ridiculous. Toilet was clogged upon entry and continued to clog, and they had to move us to a new room which was inconvenient. In that room, one of our beds was broken, the office chair was broken and dirty and there was no bench like the first room, so I had to set our bags on the floor.

Other than the bathroom thing it was all good

Cons:

Couldn't flush the toilet in our room cuz it kept getting plucked up. Had to use the community bathroom on the first floor. If you you wanted to use the bathroom to go poop.

Our stay was okay

I liked that it had a pool

Cons:

I didn't like that they did not tell me that only adult swimming after 7:30pm. I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool. Not to know my kids were not allowed to swim after 7:30pm I was upset. Also, the hotel room had bad doors. The entry door to my room had to be pushed hard to close. Very loud for other guests. The bathroom door was loose from the higne so we could not properly close the door.

Pros:

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent, better than most actually.

Cons:

The roudy crowd in the pool area for the majority of the day. I would have greatly appreciated the pool being adults only after a certain time. The whole point of staying at this hotel was to sit in the hot tub. I couldn't even enjoy it due to kids throwing wer towels at each other.
Also the slamming of the doors when people came out their room. Maybe investing in soft close door mechanisms would be great.
Also the water pressure in my shower was terrible. I'm glad to at least had hot water though.

Comfortable stay at Comfort Inn and Suites
Pros:

It was low key fabulous. The stay was good, and the room was clean. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and the breakfast was good. It wasn't busy or crowded, and check on and out was easy. A great get away.
