Safety, cleanliness and noise
Pros:

Safety hazzard as lobby carpet was sticking out, bathroom lock was almost coming off. Too many noisy guest late at night. No water bots in rooms. Pool/ hot tub overcrowded with adults and noisy kids. Gym too small with very limited equipment. Lousy breakfast. Most staff do not speak English. Hotel shabby and needs refurbishing.

Pros:

Tv had black lines down it and never connected to any channels or hotel provided WiFi (it was a smart tv), rusted out baseboards and mold in the bathroom, the interior flip lock on the door was not secure and did not provide any extra security aside from the deadbolt, very loud neighbors, chlorine in the pool was so abundant it took my nail polish off.

Country Inn Stay from 5-9-2026 until 5-20-2026
Pros:

The staff was very nice as well as the housekeeping.

Cons:

I tried to keep an open mind due to the fact that the building was under construction, but the jacuzzi barely worked & there were signs of black mold in the bathroom in the top right of the shower of my hotel room which took away from the experience of my stay. Also, I saw water bubbled in the bathroom sink to the right, that I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't done contracted construction before. The 1st day of my stay, I was awakened at 7:15am to a fire alarm going off bcuz of a kitchen fire!!! Wow

Will definitely pay more to stay somewhere else.
Cons:

The tv didn’t work. They brought up a new one but left the old one sitting on the counter. The toilet wasn’t working properly… it wouldn’t even flush. The guy at the desk response was “he didn’t have anywhere else to put me” and left me a plunger. There was apparently a birthday party taking place because there were about 15 teenagers in the pool area that were rude and disrespectful, kept trying to take my small children’s water toys. We went there to be in the pool and stayed about an hour because of the nonsense going on.

Pros:

The room was big and spacious and the had a pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The attendant that check me in did not listen and double charge me for the room. I had already paid earlier and I told him it was already paid and taken out, but he made me pay again. My checking account took it out twice once earlier and once at the desk when he charged me. He gave me an excuse but struggled to listen to the customer. I hope I get my money back. Plus no fruits for breakfast either!
