Pros:

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent, better than most actually.

Cons:

The roudy crowd in the pool area for the majority of the day. I would have greatly appreciated the pool being adults only after a certain time. The whole point of staying at this hotel was to sit in the hot tub. I couldn't even enjoy it due to kids throwing wer towels at each other.
Also the slamming of the doors when people came out their room. Maybe investing in soft close door mechanisms would be great.
Also the water pressure in my shower was terrible. I'm glad to at least had hot water though.

Comfortable stay at Comfort Inn and Suites
Pros:

It was low key fabulous. The stay was good, and the room was clean. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and the breakfast was good. It wasn't busy or crowded, and check on and out was easy. A great get away.

Do not stay here
Pros:

First off the parking is non-existent, the lot was full. The hotel is in desperate need of repairs. The 2nd floor where we were always smelled of weed. I told the front desk but clearly nothing was done. The room needed repairs that clearly we're neglected. Lights not working, paint peeling off the walls, the heater was on 85 when we walked in and couldnt keep a constant temp. The water had not much pressure and the shower changed temp on its own, either scalding or freezing cold. The worst was the feces splattered on the bathroom door. Thats nasty not to mention extremely unhealthly. We will never go back here ever. Complete waste of money

Need improvement
Pros:

Staff was friendly and room was nice

Cons:

There was a flood so parts of building was under construction. Elevator floor stay wet and slippery. I booked the room with the whirlpool tub and the jets didn't work. At breakfast they ran out of waffle mix and wouldn't make more for me. There was no syrup coming out of the canister and when I asked about it, the guy said it was slow. But when he look in it, there was no syrup inside. He could have checked it the first time.

Over that stay
Pros:

The price was good

Cons:

Unsupervised kids in the pool, over crowded, not enough food at breakfast. Not correct temps for hot things. Coffee was cold. My linen was dirty on my bed.

Pros:

Was a nice hotel for the most part rooms were nice and spacious

Cons:

First room we had the toilet handle broke so they switched us to a different room and that room had a burnt out light in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was loose barely on when we told them about it they said they would have maintenance come look at it they never did. We asked for new sheets and towels at 10am we got back at 2pm still never got changed so we mentioned it again then it took an additional 2 hours for them to change the sheets and towels that hotel needs so maintenance repairs and the staff could be better
