This was a worst experience at a country Inn suite very disappointed contacting the company and going to explain to them
Pros:

The fact that it was close to the airport.

Cons:

We didn’t like the fact that when we checked in, we had a hotel room that was not clean here in the sink the bathtub also the sink where you actually get your water to drink.

We asked for another room went there in the bed was the worst ever is sunken in the middle. We asked for another room. This was the worst experience for this namebrand hotel. Very disappointed.

We checked out the next day. They charged us on our account like we were still there for the next four or five days. We had to fight to get our money back in essence. They stole our money. Also they did not charge a deposit until the day we left like we were still in the hotel. This definitely was stealing so we have to be really careful when we leave our Credit Card number with these hotels cause we just don’t know what they may do later. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Would not recommend this place.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The staff, the location, clientele. Front desk smelled like Marijuana. Our check in was noon made us wait. Had to come back at 2:00. Cleaning service wasn't done. Made us wait again. We're handicapped couldn't accommodate the 1st floor. Couldn't get in the pool. Noisy customers. Slamming doors. Always staring for no reason.

New flooring looked good otherwise outdated. Could use new outlets
Cons:

Our room smelled really bad like smoke and weed :( our 9 year old was gagging the whole time we had to be in the room. As soon as we woke up in the morning we left right away to get out of the smell. There was also a pack of buns wedged under the end table from the previous person or twos stay.

Pros:

There were some women out in front of our window down below screening and yelling. Woke us all up about 11:00 pm . We had to get up early for a doctor's appointment and didn't get much sleep because of this. The lady at the front desk said she had to kick the women out of the hotel. Definitely made a long and hard day for all of us.

Close to airport

Cons:

It was very dirty, towels had stains, bathroom needs to be scrubbed. Other guests there were yelling all night in the hallways and someone was smoking weed. I had to put a rolled up towel under the door to keep the smell out

Pros:

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! We checked into the hotel and threw our luggage in the room and left immediately for a festival in Milwaukee. We returned about midnight. That's when we realized how filthy the hotel was. If we had another place to go in the middle of the night, we would have left immediately. The pillowcases on one bed had not been changed - dirt and someone else's hair on the pillows. No security lock on the door. The floors have probably never been washed. The halls smelled like marijuana. There were all kinds of young people hanging around the doorway smoking pot as well as roaming the hallways. When I needed clean towels, they could only give me one because they said the rest of the towels were in the dryer. Really -- all of them??? This place was absolutely disgusting! Worst excuse for a Choice Hotel.

Pros:

This hotel is in need of major TLC. It does appear they're working on their first floor but it is really run down. When we got in Friday night we specifically inquired about breakfast as we need to be out early for a game. Went down at 6am as instructed by night staff to be rudely snapped at by am staff. When we returned after breakfast was questionable, fruit looked moldy, eggs were undercooked, waffles and sausage were good. Pool was unusable as by the time we returned at night the management had implemented adult only hours.

All in all beds were comfortable and with some love it could be better.

This is a good hotel location wise but terrible housekeeping.
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast and how close it was to summerfest!

Cons:

Our room was dirty and there was hair and crumbs on the sheets. Had to request new sheets and blankets and still those were dirty! WTH
