I was disappointed in a few things, but overall our stay was average.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was good. The front desk was friendly and when we asked for extra blankets they provided them in a timely manner.

Cons:

Drapes had holes in them and the telephone cord was broken which made it difficult to contact the front desk. (The front desk was notified of these 2 things) The bathroom was cramped and the toilet blocked the vanity. The pool area was smaller than represented in the online picture and it was not an adult friendly area for relaxing. Guests with children took over the pool and hot tub area. There were only 2 luggage carts available to move things between our vehicle and the room. The larger luggage cart was often missing or being used when we needed to move heavy items (my mom's oxygen machine) to and from the room. There were no first floor rooms available due to construction. We were in a second floor room not too far from the elevator and stairs. It would have been difficult to evacuate my mom in an emergency.

I woke up to a bug in my bed I went down downstairs to the front desk. There was very rude very disrespectful. He said he was the manager.

Comfortable, nice and cool, room. I have to sleep cool. Beds were comfortable!
Pros:

Steven/Stephen (not sure how his name is spelled) was AWESOME! Very professional and kind. Bed was VERY comfortable and we LOVED the fact that we could turn the A/C down where we wanted it instead of it being regulated at 66 or above.

Cons:

We understand that the hotel is going through a renovation, but our shower did not stay on the shower head, it kept falling off (it was a plastic handheld).

Overall, the hotel was good for the price that we paid.
Pros:

We were glad that breakfast was included and the hotel had a pool.

Cons:

We did not have eggs at breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, we did on Monday and Thursday. No butter available at breakfast on any of the 4 days we were at this hotel. We only had one bath towel in the bathroom, though the room was booked for 2 adults. We were informed that no kids allowed in the pool after 7:30 pm, but this was not the case. There were kids in the pool each night after 7:30 pm. Another issue was noise from airplanes at nearby airport.

Do not stay unless you want to deal with rude staff
Pros:

The pool was clean and rooms were very clean

Cons:

The staff was beyond rude. From check in and check out. Asked for a receipt when I checked out at 8am and the lady told me I was not “allowed” one since I checked out before 10am. Are you kidding me?!
