Horrible experience
Pros:

The staff was very rude the rooms were disgusting the elevator was broken I am currently pregnant and going up and down the stairs from the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor smelled like weed and the breakfast was nasty the pool was dirty the room tv was broken the bed was broken no remotes was found it was a skid mark on the toilet bowl the parking was horrible the gym equipment was broke ice machine was broke the cereal was false advertisement very noisy the house keeping was very rushy bathrooms were disgustingly nasty the juice machine was out of order the sheets were nasty and prices were way too high.

Horrible experience! You couldn’t pay me to stay here!
Pros:

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced.

There is insufficient parking for the number of guests, which is frustrating right away. The property itself is poorly maintained — dirty and outdated carpets, trash in the hallways, and stained chairs covered with equally stained slipcovers.

The elevator was out of service, and I was assigned a room on the third floor, which was extremely inconvenient and not disclosed in advance.

When I requested complimentary toiletries, the front desk staff responded with an unprofessional attitude.

I have photos documenting the condition of the hotel. Overall, this location does not meet the standards expected from this brand. I would not recommend staying here.

Not great help with staff when we had issues with room that they could have easily resolved

Hotel needs alot of maintenance and cleaning help. Room was cold. Heat didn't work properly. Room was dirty and alot of things needed update and upkeep

Pros:

Nothing wrong wit the food, rooms just the people who were staying at the hotel on the second floor was disturbing

Cons:

There was teenager fights and being loud 9 to 1:00 in the morning and they start arguing and fighting in the hallway and police showed up idk if anything happened after that

I came to relax but was unable to.
Pros:

How close it was to my job and the diversity of the area.

Cons:

The other guests were loud and interrupted my sleep several times and though I said so in a survey, the staff did nothing about it. There was also a baby roach in the bathroom when I was gathering my belongings to leave. The stains on the furniture were distasteful and the heat wouldn't come on.

The floors were not swept
The furniture felt sticky
Our dresser drawer wouldn't close right
The bottom drawer was broken
The pool looked dirty ... water looked mirky
Some occupants were swimming fully clothed.
Average breakfast ... preferred eggs with sausage over French fries. The breakfast was late the first day we were there...had to wait for coffee

First off, we booked two rooms and the morning we are suppose to arrive, we receive a phone call stating that the hotel is busy so if we want to keep our rooms, we have to pay them $50 right then or they were giving them away. I didn't know they could do that! Then, we go to pay, and the price is suddenly about $75 more per room than what we were told when booking. The rooms had holes in the walls, hair dryer did not work, the shower water never got very warm, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, and the pool area was DISGUSTING! It was so cloudy and looked very dirty. The hot tub was freezing cold and also very cloudy and dirty. THe laundry in the pool area was overflowing with dirty towels and there weren't clean ones available. I very rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to save other people the headache of staying here.

My stay was awful. Loud party all night, strong odor of drugs, also my air and heat did not work. I will never stay here

Cons:

The hotel allowed loud wild party on my floor, with extremely loud yelling and screaming all night long. Very young teens having a wild party and strong odor of illegal drugs throughout the hotel. I could not sleep the entire night. I should have called 911 because hotel did absolutely nothing when I complained. They need to be taken off of your site.
