Cons:

The tea/coffee making facilities. Although it was UHT milk used, the tea I made wasn’t very nice at all. The milk was in date, but looked off once poured into the cup

Polecam - świetna lokalizacja, czysto, miło.
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, śniadania bardzo dobre choć jak dla mnie za mało warzyw , internet działał dobrze choć przy wiejesz ilości gości miewał problemy. Hotel czysty i zadbany, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecam!

Well located property with excellent staff!
Pros:

The property is convenient to both Birmingham International Airport and the NEC which contributes to the rich mix of customers who use it (business and leisure). The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has very good facilities including a comfortable bar/restaurant area. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with an excellent selection!

Nothing not to like! The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff contributed to lack of any comments in this section!

Cons:

I was really disappointed to see an unknown charge for breakfast in bed on my final bill. It was for over £30 and was not ordered by myself for my room lr by my team for theirs, so I can’t see how that sort of mistake could happen. Felt very much like a calculated ‘chancer’ charge rather than an honest mistake, but that is just my honest opinion.

It was a spacious room and quiet

Cons:

The bath was dated and there was a red wine stain on the bedsheets that didnt fit properly. It was like the duvet cover was too big for the duvet

Pros:

Breakfast poor - not really moving with the times of how guests expect breakfast offerings to be. Like going back to how it was 20 years ago!
