Lovely hotel, but not so lovely beds.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, fantastic service, lovely room room and toiletries, however, extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. We had a family suite and all 4 of us found the beds awful and were waking all night. The mattresses make you roll out the bed where they've obviously been so overused and they're dipped at the sides. Such a shame as it really is a lovely and very clean hotel, but at the end of the day, the beds let it down massively.

Bedroom furniture a little tired also carpet.
Same menu in restaurant every day, only 2fish varieties.
Great location very scenic and handy for NEC only a few minutes walk away. I would stay there again

Nice stay.
Pros:

Room was great and only negstive was thag the desk had some cosmetic damage.
Breakfast, whilst nothing special, was also good.

Location was also great with Resorts World literally next door.. will use again.

Comfortable hotel near local attractions
Pros:

The stay was great from the moment we parked the car easily and walked into the lobby. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms were comfortable (a good night's sleep).
Crowne Plaza is next door to Resorts World and within walking distance of the NEC and Birmingham International.
