Pros:

The location was very good as well as the facilities. I expected only a king-sized bed, so I was surprised when our room also had a living room area, including a TV. The area around the hotel was also very nice. We ended up choosing to have a late checkout to stay a bit longer. When next we return to Birmingham, I'll stay here again.

Cons:

That we only could stay one night.

Cons:

We were not there long enough to dislike much but self check in was annoying and lacks the personal touch. Staff didn't give the warm, happy approachable type unlike the plaza in the city that we originally got dropped off at 😬
