Great choice for Birmingham airport
Pros:

Don’t bed, good size rooms, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast selection! Parking on-site (for a fee). Handy for getting out on the road to travel on. Right by the events centre and choices of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel is lovely. Bit of a long walk from the airport and the taxi drivers not delighted to have to bring you only to the hotel as seems they cannot 2-3hrs for a fare and then have to rejoin the queue at the back - not the hotels fault!

Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning which was a blessing in the current circumstances.

Cons:

The automated check in experience didn’t really work properly therefore no time was saved.

Parking was free, the whole hotel was fully air conditioned, great location to walk to NEC, food was good, right next door to resort world, room clean and comfortable with good size TV

It was our first time staying in a hotel with our 9 month old son and can only say how amazing the staff were with him and us during our stay.
Every member of staff was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay with him went smoothly.

The location and facilities were fine for a weekend accessing the NEC. Parked up and walked to and from each day.
Pros:

Clean, smart, friendly, convenient location

Cons:

Our family room for one granny and 2 teenagers didn’t quite suit our mix providing a queen bed plus a sofa bed which was fairly lumpy.

Comfy and cool room for just an overnight stay
Pros:

Room was very big, comfy bed, massive TV with Netflix and YouTube. Nice air con which was needed during this heatwaves! Also was able to get breakfast room service, which was lovely. Literally next door to Resort World.

Cons:

Quite a walk from the station and some of the Halls. So just expect that it’s much closer to Resort World.
