I have never been so disgusted in a hotel. The hotel was filthy stained floors furniture and walls and a weird smell. The towels were messy and covered in black stains. The breakfast was a joke a couple slices of white bread and a-pitcher or milk in a fridge. People smoking in non smoking spaces.
The staff was rude about us checking in “late” 6:30pm on a Friday saying they didn’t have much availability for the room type we booked. Our experience was so bad we cut our vacation a day short rather than stay another day.

A staff of the hotel Brittany was here name.
Called at 6:30 am about how I'm not on the books and threatened to call the cops.
Not the first time having problems with this lady who works there at night.

This place is fairly clean. The rooms are updated and nice looking. however the ice machine was not working the entire stay and pool was not as pictured, kinda gross at times. very loud!!!! very! However they had a good breakfast and when the elevator went out they moved us to the no problem so that was Super cool of them and we did appreciate that. there’s a 100$ deposit and i think it’s a little over priced. overall nice staff and I’d come back if i needed to.
