Klassisches BestWestern in guter Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, der Dom in 25 Min fussläufig zu erreichen.
Direkt auf der großen Einkaufsstraße gelegen.
Gute Kommunikation mit dem Hotel im Vorfeld

Die Lage ist Top. Metro und Bus gleich in der Nähe. Nur ein paar Stationen nach City und Bahnhof
Pros:

Minibar ist kostenlos ( Cola,Saft, Prosecco, Bier, Cips, Kekse) und wird danach täglich mit Wasser aufgefüllt.
Beim Lobby ist eine Kaffeemaschine, man kann sich jederzeit einen Kaffee kosten holen.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich.
Vor allem die Herren beim Rezeption, sie sind alle sehr hilfsbereit, jeder Wunsch von uns wurde mit einem lächeln erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten bisschen sauberer sein.
Die dicken Vorhänge sind zu kurz.Sie bedecken das Fenster bzw. die Türe nicht vollständig, so dass man hineinsehen kann und das Zimmer nicht richtig dunkel wird

Świetny, przyjazny hotel, spokojny, w pobliżu metro i restauracje oraz sklepy i dobry dojazd do centrum.
Pros:

Pokoje są czyste, duże, wyposażone w lodówkę, telewizor, suszarka w łazience, komplet kosmetyków, czyste ręczniki zmieniane codziennie. Uprzejma obsługa na recepcji udzielająca odpowiedzi i podpowiedzi na czas pobytu i podróży. Jest taras na 8 piętrze i dzięki temu można spędzić miło czas i zobaczyć panoramę (strona wieżowców). Pyszne śniadania.

Nie ma nic co by się nie podobało.

The hotel is well located. The best thing about BW CH is the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The very slow lift. Fortunately we were only on the 4th floor.

Great stay, helpful staff and wonderful location
Pros:

The location was great. Staff were really accommodating and very thoughtful.

Cons:

Toiletries available. For a traveler wanting to travel light this would have been helpful - I needed to purchase then throw away - and this was a bit of a waste.
