This is not a real hotel. No fridge, no kettle. The room was small and decorated in a depressing way. The staff were not friendly at all. It felt more like a 2-star motel than a proper hotel.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Paket "mit Abendessen" gebucht.
Doch die Küche war geschlossen.!! Wenn sich die Öffnung der Küche nicht lohnt an Silvester, vielleicht verständlich. ABER:
Der Gast muss darüber kurzfristig informiert werden.
Um 15Uhr unsere Ankunft, nix zu essen, alle Geschäfte und Restaurants geschlossen. Keine Hilfe vom Personal.
Das darf nicht passieren.
Ein Passant hat uns geholfen und deligiert. Wir konnten im 16.30 Uhr ein "Silvesteressen" im noch leeren, ausgebuchtem Chinarestaurant genießen. Immerhin die Kosten des gebuchten Abendessens in Ihrem Haus wurden in unserer Rechnung in Abzug gebracht. Donnerwetter. Dankeschön auch.😏

Ieven if it looks like a good price, is expensive for what they offer.
Pros:

The staff was ok. The food was ok but only a few varieties.
Except the day when we made the check out and we had to wait 25 minutes in the lobby because everyone was at a meeting.

Cons:

It was not clean.
In the room was an unpleasant smell.
After two days at breakfast, you don’t know what to eat anymore because they have only a few ingredients.
For what they offer, this hotel is very expensive.
