Someone in our room.
Pros:

Literally went to our room, our card opens the door and someone is already sleeping in the bed. They can’t figure out who the people are, no other rooms available. Now it’s 10:30 we are trying to find any other hotel with our family of 4 with all of them being sold out. Couldn’t even give us a receipt for proof for the refund that will come who knows when.
