The facility of the hotel, service of the staff, perfect location in Grindelwald to view the mountain, food, etc. are all exceed our expetations!

Beds are not as comfortable, slightly too hard
Stunning location with magnificent views from the hotel balcony and our room! Excellent customer service from Reception to the Bar lounge/area to even the drivers for our pick up & drop off to train station. Food was of delicious quality at breakfast & a ala carte menu for main restaurant. We missed the Michelin star restaurant on site as it had closed for the season. My daughter loves the butter dispenser at breakfast! We appreciated all the little details & touches from our welcome to our departure.
If i really have to pick something ... Our balcony area could have been better furnished/ finished.
O hotel tem uma vista incrível, o restaurante é muito bom, o tamanho do quarto excelente. A qualidade dos equipamentos em meio a um local isolado é boa. O atendimento da equipe também foi muito bom, em especial o Fred, brasileiro que nos atendeu.
Um dos motivos de eu ter reservado esse hotel foi curtir a piscina, e chegando lá ela estava em reforma, isso foi uma decepção e uma quebra de expectativa muito grande já que não foi nos avisado anteriormente...

Another amazing stay at the Belvedere. This time, I had my suitcase stolen on the train between Basel and Interlaken (note, don't leave your luggage on the luggage rack when travelling). The hotel drove us all the way back to Basel to retrieve my case (we found it and most of my belongings using my AirTag) and wouldn't take any money from us. They even sent a packed lunch with the driver in case we hadn't eaten. At the hotel, they also offered to wash my clothes free of charge as the thieves had thrown these into shrubs next to the car park where they dumped the case. Everyone in the Belvedere was so nice and kind to us, but special shout outs to Roxanne who arranged for our lift to Basel and Wahid who did all the driving (5 hours in total!). As always, Felix, Alina, Arturo and the team in the dining room were amazing and the bar and reception teams whose names I don't know. Everything is made easy here, and I would recommend the Belvedere to anyone and everyone. A really great place!
