Good cleaning experience
Poor breakfast, boiled eggs weren't an option even if I asked

Standard Ibis, is what I expected. Easy to get to with frequent regular buses. I needed to eat when I got there, and the Caesar salad fitted the bill for me.
Because of the dual carriage-way, the return path to Heathrow isn't as easy, and one is reliant on less frequent and relatively expensive (£7) hotel shuttles.

Location was okay and room was comfortable for what I paid.

Booked this hotel for 1 night before flying from Heathrow the following day. It was just what we needed, for a great price ! Very adequate for our needs. Staff seemed OK, good bar serving food. Didn't have breakfast,so can't comment. Very easy getting to and from the airport. Pub and Restaurants close by ,what more could you want. Big tip.... Don't use the hotel hoppa to the airport......£7 a head....Cross the road and catch a service bus for a fraction of the price. There's plenty going to the airport.
What's not to like ?
The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower very welcome after 17 hr flight.
The breakfast was amazing so overall I enjoyed my stay.
Off the 3 plug sockets in the room 2 did not work. Sadly I did not discover this until my mobile had not charged in the morning. Nor did the kettle boil. I ended up dangling the kettle base from the one socket that did work.
Maybe time for a little update and install new sockets with usb charging also.

Close to the airport, polite staff and clean.
Dated decor. The room was small and had the smallest window I have ever come across in a hotel room. The bed was fine to sleep in for one night but the mattress was not very comfortable.
Very quiet comfortable room. Carpet could do with upgrading but for a night or two before or after a flight it is ideal.
Very handy for Heathrow airport
