Basic hotel but cheaper than many other in this extremely overpriced area
Souless corridors and cramped room
Excellent value for money. Theres a bus outside the front for Terminal 2, 3 and 5 that cost about 6-7 quid and got you to the Terminals quickly. Staff were friendly. Nice bar. Good wifi. Clean bathroom
Pillows were too soft, woke up with neck cramp but for one night, who cares

The staff was mostly very nice and friendly. The location was close to airport
The TV was smashed and completely broken in my room. I noticed when I tried to turn it on after midnight. The pillows had sticky stuff on them and the bed was dirty. The carpet had many stains. My bathroom had no garage. They "booking.com" raised the rate on me after I already had a booking and canceled my initial one I have screenshots to prove it. My bank was charged for the first initial charge and then the second price was 20 pounds more a complete ripoff that I'm sure is illegal.
The rooms were absolutely boiling so we couldn’t sleep even with the limited window opening. Annoying as we had to get up at 5am for our flight. This will stop me booking again sorry.

Friendly greeting on arrival and very accommodating with a ground floor room for ease of dog walking. Very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.
