Cons:

Checked in time is 3 pm. We wish it was sooner because we flew from Dallas to Heathrow all night and didn’t sleep all night. They wouldn’t allow us to check in a bit early (like 1:30 pm) so we slept on the sofa in the hotel lobby until 3 pm. We didn’t get a towel and had to ask for them.

Perfect location, good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, there are good connections either to Heathrow terminal and to London. I did not communicate with the staff too much, this means everything is perfectly organized, you can use self-services.

Cons:

Perhaps the hotel requires at least 2 coffee machines, there is always a queue from the morning for a coffee. Also, the internet can be more stable.
