Super clean and close to the airport. Shuttle from the airport drops and picks you right from the doorstep at good price of 6pounds.
My toilet in the room was not working properly. I have to say that I messaged the room via booking. com and the response was immediately and woth offers to give me a new rooom
Great location with good facilities and good value for money
Had lots of facilities , self serve shop, very very expensive however ! Restaurant , bar , parking .
Tv didn’t work well . Expensive parking and self serve shop .

Hotel staff is friendly. I like the layout of the lobby best, it's big, convenient and well-designed. The kitchen is well-skilled, and i enjoyed my order very much.

The two young ladies were lovely and helpful 5* to them
The rooms are small, I moved 4 times bathrooms are very difficult toilet is almost on the facing wall good job I’m only 5”2 sink plug didn’t work had front of desk to my rooms on a number of occasions, asked for ground floor however still 6 steps to access.
Friendly reception staff on arrival. Hassle free booking in & checking out. Comfortable, clean, quiet room, perfect for our needs. On-site restaurant. Perfect location for LHR.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant
my room was too small and way too hot!! A/C not working as winter apparently and only blows hot air in a baking hot room. Even though on ground floor had to walk ap several steps. Hidden cost of parking £18 per day is shocking especially as Hotel Guest.
