Room was excellent had warm comfortable feeling, dinner and drinks at the dining table was superb the hotel was a stones throw from the airport with options to get there

Staff were amazingly friendly, and very accommodating. Food was great in the restaurant, and the use of the mini food and drink shop was amazing.
The higher floors were very hot (during heatwave) and the temperature control only allowed it to cool a little. There were plates left in the hallways the entire time I stayed. The bathroom was not fully cleaned, and there were burn marks on the floor in multiple areas. The bathroom door was very loud when opening or closing.
The did not have the room. I booked and they charged more than the price I was told
Close to airport
Breakfast was stale bread no cooked breakfast before 6.30am. I only paid for breakfast to have it cooked. Continental was stale bread no fruit no cold meats or cheeses. No apology from the hotel or offer of a refund on the breakfast.
Staff member was rude unhelpful
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We know you get what you pay for but it wasn’t cheap either.

Location was good.
The room was hot, and no air circulation. The air coming into the room was hot, and because the window is tethered we were unable to open the window enough to matter.
Not pleasant after a 14 hour drive.
