Naja, das geht besser ! Leider enttäuschend !

Die Speisen im Restaurant waren okay

Cons:

Musste das erste Zimmer wechseln, da nicht sauber (Spuren vom letzten Benutzer der Toilette)
Allgemeine Sauberkeit auch im neu zugewiesenen Zimmer war leider unzureichend - (Haare im Badezimmer)
Die Bettdecke war zu klein
Der Service im Restaurant war zuvorkommend aber sehr zerstreut (unsere leeren Teller standen vor uns, bis wir die Rechnung erhielten) - das Service Personal war überfordert

Das Fenster war marode, Teile des Zimmers staubig (allein das Wandbild über dem Bett), die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es war kalt im Zimmer trotz Heizung und es hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das Frühstück war hinsichtlich Müsli sehr low Standard, im Restaurant gab es abends einige Speisen nicht…

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The service is beyond unacceptable — the waiter behaves as if doing his basic job is some kind of extraordinary favor, and on top of that, he actually yells at customers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

We waited exactly 1.5 hours for a simple salad, which is just ridiculous. No apology, no explanation, nothing.

If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of service, avoid this place at all costs.

Gute Auswahl und lecker

Cons:

- Personal zwar nett man bekommt aber kaum Infos z.B wo findet man das Frühstück oder gibt es etwas wo man sich Getränke kaufen kann. Alles muss man dem Personal aus der Nase ziehen, kenne das von anderen Hotels da wird einem es beim
Einchecken gesagt.
- Zimmer nicht sauber Badewanne noch alte Haare , Schimmel am Rand ,Teppich im Zimmer fleckig und muffig
- kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer für über 90€ pro Nacht würde ich das erwarten
- bis zum Zimmer viele schwere Türen zu bewältigen für jemand der nicht gesund ist eine Herausforderung
- Zimmer sehr hellhörig man hört jede Türe die auf und zu geht
