Holiday to Italy cancelled due to air traffic control failure. Therefore unplanned visit to Bath booked at short notice
Pros:

Good location in centre of Bath. Good parking.
Reception staff friendly and efficient.
Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Pros:

We had 2 adjoining rooms with extra beds (for the kids). This was great for the size of our group (4 adults, 3 children). And the extra beds where already setup as we checked in. The staff at check-in where great - and all the extras (popcorn, cookies) went down a treat! Thank you

Great location, professional staff and nice big comfortable bed. Bathroom small and TV dated.
Pros:

Excellent large bed. Friendly professional staff. Nice restaurant and bar in the reception. Perfect location for visiting Bath.

Cons:

Bathroom was really quite small for a non basic room rate. Television didn't appear to have the modern streaming services options and connectivity you would expect. General decor was a little bland.

Really good place to stay particularly if you’re time is limited.
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town. All the big ticket items no more than 10 minutes walk away. Rooms a comfortable as you would expect and the breakfast was very good too.

Great Hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was spacious, clean and relaxing. The staff were all really friendly, and helpful. The bed was amazing, comfy and clean.
Breakfast was a delight with lots of choice, where we ate was well spaced too.
Only a short walk to the Abbey and Roman Baths.
