Only a short walk from city centre. Lovely comfortable room and bed. Air con set at nice temperature and quiet, giving a good nights sleep.
Directions to rooms when coming out if lift need to be clearer. We were in 106 but went the wrong way as did the people staying in room opposite.
Location was excellent. Room was spacious.
There was a smell from the drains as soon as we entered the room. I was refunded £50 which i was happy with.

Arrogant staff. When you call the front desk, it connects to a call centre and then they put you on hold for 10-15 minutes and reply saying they tried calling the hotel front desk and no one answered. Secondly half of the rooms Air Conditioner doesn’t work and they still assign you that room keeping table fans in the room which feels like a hot furnace. Thankfully I managed to get my room changed but ruined the whole experience.

An absolutely wonderful welcome and an incredibly warm, genuine approach from the staff. From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were truly impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was.
The room was spotless, and the quality of the facilities was exceptional. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and very comfortable.
The location is another huge advantage — perfectly central and convenient. You can easily reach almost every part of the city from here. There is also a market nearby, along with pharmacies and basically anything else you might need during your stay.
I spent around 10 days in England overall, and stayed here for two nights. Without any doubt, this was one of the best accommodation experiences of the entire trip. Highly recommended.
