Honestly the best!
Pros:

This hotel is one of my favorite places- not only for its location, friendly staff, and quiet rooms. But the honesty of their employees. One person in our group accidentally left his passport in the room on travel day- Yes, heading home. The staff notified someone else in our group and helped us hire a driver to bring our passport to us at LHR. It was truly amazing!! Forever great full

Good but not great
Pros:

Large and spacious twin superior room and very comfortable beds. Good size bathroom and a decent shower. Very quiet (when the air con is off) and an excellent location. The welcome cookie is a nice touch. But there were a few things that were disappointing - dirty towels, no bin in the room, clogged bathroom sink, mugs that are too big to fit under the coffee machine, and the WiFi wasn’t great.
It was unfortunate we were there whilst they were renovating the breakfast room so whilst the food and selection were very good, it was very chaotic and messy.

Cons:

Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Nearly all of the food was cold despite arriving at just gone 7 am no plate warmers hashbrowns were soggy, fried eggs were overcooked and dried out, however still cold.
Whilst we raised with the person checking that you were residents, we were on a tight schedule so unable to wait any longer before a 300 mile journey home.
Raised with receptionist on checkout who also apologised but seemed generally unconcerned.
Not what you would typically expect from Hilton for breakfast.

A good central place to stay whilst exploring Bath
Pros:

Good position and a handy car park next door

Cons:

The bathroom sink didn’t drain and an odd light kept coming on and off. Breakfast ridiculously expensive, so just eat elsewhere!
