A perfect stay in beautiful Bath!
Pros:

The location is absolutely superb. Right in the centre, super close to Pulteney Bridge and Waitrose. Bath is just such a beautiful, charming city. My flight was delayed so I arrived really late, around 9pm, but nothing was too much trouble for the team.

Ron checked me in (sorry if I got the name wrong!) with a super smooth and friendly welcome. In fact, all the team members were incredibly professional and friendly. The bed and pillows were so comfy, the amenities were lovely, and the shower room was just perfect.

Quick tip: breakfast is normally £18.95, but if you ask for it when you check in, it’s only £15!

Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel and all the staff were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Airco in kamer werkte niet naar behoren, toilet in badkamer slecht geplaatst waardoor je amper plaats had om te zitten, harde matras, douche was niet helemaal proper.

Great location and staff team. Good quality hotel overall.
Pros:

Staff - very welcoming and professional. communal areas and room was of good quality in terms of furnishing/fittings. Everything was very clean - including the carpet which makes a huge difference.

Cons:

No advance communication about on-going building work and in particular lack of information about limited restaurant options. No communication on arrival about lack of in-house food options. TV remote broken (as was its requested replacement).

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

This hotel is in a super location with a car park (albeit a very busy one) underneath. It's not at all noisy despite being close to the centre. The entrance is nice and the rooms have lovely views of the river.

Cons:

I didn't think the breakfast layout was particularly inviting. As such we didn't book breakfast on our second stay and probably wouldn't going forward. As a hotel so close to the city centre you need to be offering a breakfast smart enough to stop people heading out to eat instead.

Pleasant stay and served our needs.
Pros:

The hotel's position was ideal for our purpose. We were visiting Bath for my granddaughter's Graduation Ceremony. I was upgraded to a superior king room due to some confusion over my booking, which turned out to be my error. The reception staff were very good in sorting out the issue. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although I have to say I was expecting the room to be larger. I only had some toast for breakfast as my appetite was very small at the time I ate. It did seem as if there was a good choice but I didn't really look at what was available.

Cons:

When we came back to the hotel about 11pm we thought there would be a bar for residents to have a late night drink. There wasn't it had closed. I would have thought a hotel of this calibre would have that available.
