Have a nice stay. Hasan in the reception is super helpful and friendly.
Location good and breakfast tasty.
On our second day at the hotel, we returned to our room about 4:30pm to find our room hadn’t been cleaned. Reception called house keeping but when we returned to the room again, only clean towels, bed was half made, the pillows were all crumpled and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Also someone else’s empties were left outside of our door!
Main area of hotel was lovely as was breakfast
Flushed toilet when arrived and it continued to run throughout the night so had a poor nights sleep due to the continuous noise

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well taken care of.
A special shout-out to Ron at reception, who made our check-in very smooth. He was professional, welcoming, and attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
We’d also like to thank Matteo at breakfast for his friendly and attentive service. He made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you, Ron, Matteo, and the team, for making our visit even more memorable.

The telephone in the room didn't work.
Room was horrendous, been trying to contact sent numerous emails and not had a response, everytime I try and contact by phone the customer service is ridiculous keep ending the call which is very unprofessional.
Sat right on top of a car park (£18 for 24 hours), clean, efficient staff, good location and GREAT PILLOWS!
The TV wasn’t particularly of great quality, but other than that everything was great
