Pros:

Great location, close to attractions, parking available close by, 10 min walk to train station. Good breakfast and dining also available, although there are many places to choose from in Bath!

Cons:

Our 234 room was a good size, clean, comfortable, with a very smart bathroom, but lacked a radiator in the bathroom to assist in keeping towels dry. Also some additional drawer space for people staying more than a couple of nights would also be useful. We felt that blanket or additional thicker duvet in the wardrobe cupboard for anybody needing them on a cold spring night should have been provided.

Great accommodation for a central location and sightseeing.
Pros:

Ideal location for a short trip to explore Bath. Good size rooms, comfortable beds, really clean and soundproof.

We found a real Gem in Bath
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at Doubletree Bath!

The front desk greeted us and set us up in a comfortable room, for me and my daughter.

It was a bit after lunch and before dinner but they accommodated us no problem. Had a nice drink and meal. We felt very comfortable indeed.

The room was perfect for the 2 of us. Meals and drinks were great. Special shoutout to Matteo!

The only negative comment we have is that both Uber and a Taxi (booked by the hotel) for the morning we departed was repeatedly cancelled by their systems, which appeared to be aligned. At the last possible moment, we realized we needed to "hoof it" to the Railway Station, which we did, otherwise we would miss our train.

It would have been ideal to hire a car service by the hotel staff to get us to meet our train. I am almost 70, and would have appreciated a ride rather than a very "brisk" hike to the Station. As it happened there were 3 empty taxis waiting at the Station. I was fuming.

Apart from a harrowing end to our trip, it was an excellent stay in Bath.

Just allow time for getting to your train!

Absolutely average, tire decor, pleasant staff but overall disappointing. Food quite nice

The staff were nice particularly the Bar staff, except for the fact that they were scruffy and looked like they’d slept in their uniforms with non-iron and grey looking white shirts which I felt was a disappointing aspect for this hotel which is supposed to be up market

Cons:

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and both times I was conned by the parking company into trying to pay several hundred pounds of parking fees despite having entered my details assiduously into the tablet at the reception desk under the view of the receptionist. This must stop as I believe it is criminal, also any complaints I make in this respect go unheated and nobody takes any blind bit of notice

Perfect Spot for a Perfect Stay
Pros:

located on second floor, perfect for us both as we were next to each other - we were able to check into one room early due to going to the Thermae Spa which helped us out mssiviely and checked in the other room when we came back and we were able to sample the cookies at this point (nice touch) easy to find rooms and very clean. Breakfast was good as we have stayed before we knew what to expect and it was the reason we rebooked again this year

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Loved the location, rooms lovely, breakfast very good and reception staff superb

A really great central location, parking underneath hotel, great breakfasts, comfy rooms
Pros:

A great view from our room over the river, lovely surprise. The staff are really friendly, especially impressed with the amazing front of house at breakfast, such a charming and welcoming man. It's a really convenient central location
