Pros:

Excellent location for exploring Bath. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the breakfast manager who sorted out a suitable table for us all and was extremely helpful and caring.

Fabulous stay in a lovely hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Fabulous stay at a lovely hotel , perfect location , with carpark underneath hotel , £18 for 24 hrs .
Warm friendly welcome , arrived very early , left luggage with reception , so we could go off to explore.
Great room with comfy bed .

On the whole a very comfortable and pleasant stay
Pros:

Room was very comfortable, breakfast and evening meals very good.

Cons:

Not having the coffee topped up daily, had to ask two afternoons running for coffee and milk on one occasion

Pros:

Great stay. Clean rooms. Welcoming staff. Especially the Italian guy at dinning reception.
Pleasant decor throughout. Central location very convenient.
I would come back.

Cons:

The bed too hard very uncomfortable I suggest you change all beds as that is one of the main things that make a good stay.
You absolutely must have comfortable beds it makes or breaks a vacation.

Emplacement super, staff serviable et essayant de trouver une solution (la chambre réservée avait subi un dégât d’eau et ne pouvait être utilisée), lits très confortables

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas très varié et qualité moyenne
Le fait de ne pas avoir été informée par téléphone avant mon arrivée du problème d’eau (l’information et la recherche de solutions s’est faite à l’arrivée et ça a pris beaucoup de temps)
