Great location not so great sleep if you don’t like hard beds!
Pros:

Location, close to car park

Cons:

The bed was so hard, the pillows too soft.I had very uncomfortable night and limited sleep

Very convenient for the purpose of our visit disappointed no New Zealand Sauvignon wine.
Pros:

Ease of checking in. Location was perfect to explore Bath. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

The bar did not have any Sauvignon Blanc wine in stock. Very disappointed for the standard of Hotel!

The location is perfect, with parking underneath the hotel and minutes from Bath’s centre, with its bustling shops, restaurants and pubs. Perfectly situated for the rugby ground too!

This is an ok place to stay. location is the only positive here.
Pros:

Location ideal and breakfast was lovely especially that there was a Gluten Free section. Beds were comfy but please note they do use feather pillows which is not everyone likes to use.

Cons:

Parking is expensive for two night stay it was £36 so please bear this in mind when booking. The shower had no pressure and it never got hot so its far from acceptable for the amount you pay to stay. tea tray was ok but as we were there for two nights there was no water for the second night despite the tea try being replenished.
