I will stay again in the fall. The problems were not deal breakers.
Pros:

Beckley is the halfway point of my yearly trip. Convenient to freeway. Close to Cracker Barrel. Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast included was nice.

Cons:

No heat, cooling or air movement. Hole in bathroom ceiling, mold spot in corner of bathroom ceiling. Outlet wouldn’t hold onto a plug.

Overnight Stay
Pros:

Nice, quiet location for an overnight stay. Friendly check-in and staff. Room was fine; comfortable beds, fresh linens, good sleep. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate for us. Did not use pool...lots of kids! :) Tricky entrance and shipping containers are in the parking lot detracting from this very nice facility. We would definitely come back.

Delightful Surprise of a Hotel!
Pros:

We overnighted at this hotel on a road trip. So glad we did! Everything you want in a mid-priced hotel .. convenient to the expressway, CLEAN, quiet, comfortable and close to restaurants. Guest rooms were efficiently designed (picture a IKEA/European style), beds super comfy, big TV, spacious shower. Breakfast was ok, not hearty, coffee was great.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Loved the hotel. The entrance into the lobby smelled so great. Andrea was very friendly and always smiling. She answered all of our questions we had about the area. Check in was very fast. After a long day of driving the hot tub and pool felt amazing. We had a room on first floor that was very nice and clean. Beds was comfortable. breakfast was good. We would recommend you to stay there, very safe and great price...
